This study aimed at intermediate process of soil Humus formation and the effect of different microbial, used Humus composition modified method, corn stalk was added to Dark Brown Forest Soil, wheat straw was added to soil planted Mollisols, Under the optimal conditions, separate inoculated with bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi and total Strain (bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi), measured the quantity,optical properties and structural characteristics of each component of soil Humus. It posed the important effect of different microbial upon the formation of soil Humus each components, It discussed the differences on composition,structure,function of Humic substances was formed by different microbial,we can regulate soil Humus formation through microorganism, In order to realize control soil fertility and carbon sequestration in soil. experiment results as follows:(1) The microbial made the content of water soluble substance(WSS),fulvic acid(FA),hard dissolved Humin (HU)reduce, made the content of medium solubility Humic acid (HA) increase, but overall made the content of soil organic carbon(SOC) reduce,the ratio of C/N decrease,this effect of bacteria treatment was smaler than other treatments. this suggests that added microbial can promote SOC decomposition, the rate of HA formation was faster than FA.(2)The structure of WSS was more complex, Structure uniformafter adding straw, the structure of WSS developed towards to simplification direction, unit carbon aromatic degrees was decreased obviously. Bacteria, fungi, actinomycete and all the strains have great influence on the structure of WSS, made the structure of WSS more complex.(3) The structure of FA was more complex, Structure uniform,after adding straw, the structure of FA developed towards to complication direction, unit carbon aromatic degrees is decreased obviously,the aromatic compounds of dark brown soil was increased, aliphatic and aromatic was strengthen,the content of Carboxyl reduced.The microorganism had great influence on FA structure. The content of carbons nitrogens hydrogen were all decreased,the structure of FA developed towards to complication direction, the aromatic compounds of dark brown soil was increased, The content of carboxyl in dark brown soil was reduced, the aromatic of FA was weaken, aliphatic was strengthen. During process of two kinds soil cultivation, the effect of same microorganism on FA structure was different.(4) The structure of HA was more uniform than FA,after adding straw, the structure of HA extracted from dark brown soil developed towards to simplification direction, unit carbon aromatic degrees was decreased, the proportion of aromatic compounds and aliphatic compounds decreased,the aliphatic of HA in dark brown soil were strongthen obviously. The microorganism had great influence on HA structure.The effect of different microorganism on HA structure was no difference, The oxidation degree of HA extracted from dark brown soil was lower, The effect of actinomycetes was greatest,the effect of fungi was smallest, the condensation degree and oxidation degrees of was increased,the microorganism made structure of HA developed towards to simplification direction, unit carbon aromatic degrees was decreased obviously. The aliphatic compounds and aromatic compounds of HA in dark brown soil were increased,the effect of actinomycetes and total Strain were bigger. Actinomycetes and fungi made the aliphatic of HA strongthen.
