Clinical Study On Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma (cold Whey) With

Purpose: Observation of shoot dry ephedra soup treating bronchial asthma with acute phase(cold xiao) in patients with clinical efficacy.Material and method:60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, shoot dry ephedra decoction and western medicine group, 30 cases in each group, western medicine group treated by routine western medicine, shoot dry ephedra soup group on the basis of western medicine group, take a shoot dry ephedra soup. Treatment for 2 weeks. Observe the patient’s doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, symptoms and physical signs, pulmonary function(FEV %, % FVC, FEV1 / FVC) and related index changes before and after the treatment.Results:1. Western medicine curative effect comparison, shoot dry ephedra soup group total effective rate was 93.3%, the western medicine group total effective rate was 83.3%, shoot dry ephedra soup group total effective rate was higher than western medicine group, compared with statistical difference(P < 0.05). 2. Comparative effectiveness of syndromes, shoot dry ephedra soup group total effective rate was 96.7%, the western medicine group total effective rate was 83.3%, shoot dry ephedra soup group total effective rate was higher than western medicine group, compared with statistical difference(P < 0.05). 3. Single TCM syndrome integral, inside two way contrast before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), two groups of traditional Chinese medicine for bronchial asthma symptoms improve both good curative effect; Comparison between the two way after treatment, in addition to the thirsty or hot drinks and wheezing sound, are statistically significant(P < 0.05), shoot dry ephedra soup is better than western medicine group. 4. Lung function in the two groups after treatment the FEV %, % FVC, FEV1 / FVC indexbefore treatment were improved(P < 0.05), and after treatment comparison between groups, statistically significant(P < 0.05), shoot dry ephedra soup to improve lung function indicators better than western medicine group.Conclusion:After treatment, shoot dry ephedra soup group in the curative effect of western medicine and TCM syndrome curative effect is superior to western medicine group. Comparison results of TCM syndrome integral, shoot dry ephedra soup part group is superior to western medicine group, shoot dry ephedra soup can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms of breathing in the day, night suppress wake times is limited, activity level, and chest tightness of breath, cough, stick bai qing phlegm, cold limbs cold symptoms, but the thirsty or hot drinks and wheezing sound, compared with the western medicine group did not show the special curative effect. Lung function in the two groups after treatment the FEV %, % FVC, FEV1 / FVC index before treatment were improved, shoot dry ephedra soup can effectively improve lung function in patients with indicators. Tip shoot dry ephedra soup to treat patients with acute bronchial asthma(cold xiao) has a good effect.
