The Correlation Between ADR And Toxic Components Such As Xiaojin Dan And Other Commonly Used Chinese Medicine

Purpose:For the report and status quo of the clinical commonly used surgical traditional Chinese medicine ADR occurrence like antiphlogistic tablet, we inductive analysis the relationship between the traditional Chinese medicine ADR and toxic ingredients, section, the original Chinese medicine group,and so on. Through the large sample data retrieval, we find the factors which influence the occurrence of the traditional Chinese medicine ADR, explore the regularity factors related with the occurrence of ADR deeply, provide the reference information of the occurrence of ADR including surgical clinical medication.Material and method:In this paper, a retrospective study was performed by searching valuable CNKI, VIP, WANFANG CBM data and selecting literature reported in Chinese core periodicals and core journals of science and technology for the last 30 years. We choose the more drug prescriptions used in surgical common ADR occurred, such as antiphlogistic tablet, analyze the possible factors to ADR occurrence reason and find the connection between the occurrence of the traditional Chinese medicine ADR and the toxic ingredients, section, the original Chinese medicine group. The relationship between the toxic ingredients, the original Chinese medicine group and the ADR in the literature, we generalize it systematic.Results:The results show that: the 4 commonly used Chinese traditional medicine of ADR, including antiphlogistic tablet, is connected with the toxic ingredients, section, the original Chinese medicine group and individual factors such as age and gender. Base on this and look at more than 1200 articles, reference more than 300 articles, we conclude that the occurrence of the traditional Chinese medicine ADR is closely connected with the toxic ingredients, section, the original Chinese medicine group, the ways or methods to medicine, Chinese medicine formulations, toxicology results. Analysis results show that with the same protein, alkaloids, acid, toxic glycosides and terpene lactone, anthraquinone derivatives, toxic ingredients such as inorganic component; Ranunculaceae aconitum l., ginkgo ginkgo genera and meliaceaemelia, aristolochiaceae aristolochia genus and other traditional Chinese medicine base the original; seeds, fungus, resin, such as section; injection, oral and sublingual, rectum, percutaneous drug delivery, aerosol inhalation and ion penetration of different dosing way; Injection, decoction and powder, wine agent, tablets, capsules, Chinese medicine formulations. Forty-nine taste of traditional Chinese medicine toxicology research results and the individual factors such as age and gender have a certain correlation with The traditional Chinese medicine ADR.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine ADR, such as antiphlogistic tablet, is connected with the toxic ingredients, section, the original Chinese medicine group, so it can provide a method to judge the occurrence of ADR for the early clinical medication.
