| Purpose:Observation of xiaoyao powder and taohong siwu madicinal soup of qi and blood stasis type of liver function in patients with autoimmune hepatitis, the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, and the regulation of immune antibody drop degree.Material and method:107 in September 2012 to December 2014 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine liver disease outpatient treatment, clinical diagnosis of AIH and syndrome of qi and blood stasis patients,using completely randomized method, 107 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control application controlled drugs: compound glycyrrhizin glucoside tablets, oral three times 2 days after. Test application to traditional Chinese medicine medicinal soup, xiaoyao powder and taohong siwu madicinal soup, a dose of 200 ml, secondary oral after dinner. Two groups were treated three treatments(one period of treatment for 4 weeks), the end of the test. Respectively to observe the two groups of patients into groups before and after the test of clinical curative effect, liver function, immune antibody, the outcome of syndromes and syndrome integral change.Resu Its: 1, the clinical curative effect: the control group total efficiency is 26.00%, total effective rate was 70.00%; Treatment group total efficiency of 53.85%, total effective rate 82.69%, P = 0.014(P < 0.05), two groups of clinical curative effect difference was statistically significant, patients curative effect is better than the control group.2, liver function: the control group and experimental group drugs for regulating liver function have curative effect(P < 0.05), the experimental group in reducing alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartic acid transaminase(AST), gamma glutamine transferase(GGT) is better than that in control group(P < 0.05);In lower alkaline phosphatase(ALP), globulin(GLOB), total bilirubin(TBIL), direct bilirubin(DBIL) and indirect bilirubin(IBIL), no obvious difference was found between two groups(P > 0.05).3, autoimmune antibodies: two groups of patients with autoimmune compare within the group between antibody concentration, the results are( P > 0.05). But most two groups of patients are antibody concentration is on the decline, so the group control drug has curative effect to the patient of antibody concentration regulation, but without statistical significance.4, the outcome of syndromes: control group the total efficiency of 34.00%, total effective rate was 78.00%; Treatment group total efficiency of 55.77%, total effective rate 86.54%, P = 0.017(P < 0.05), indicating the clinical curative effect of two groups according to the summary of syndromes difference was statistically significant, patients curative effect is better than the control group.5, TCM syndrome integral, the control group and experimental group drugs to improve the syndromes have curative effect(P < 0.05), treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1, xiaoyao powder and taohong siwu madicinal soup reduce AIH qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome patients ALT, AST, GGT and improving syndromes have apparent curative effect, and superior to the control group.2, xiaoyao powder and taohong siwu madicinal soup reduce ALP, GLOB AIH qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome patients, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL have curative effect, but no obvious difference with the control.3, xiaoyao powder and taohong siwu madicinal soup in patients with AIH qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome- the autoimmune antibody has certain regulation, but without statistical significance.Overall, free and unfettered scattered and taohong siwu madicinal soup for improving the liver function of patients with AIH qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome, clinical symptoms and signs, and have certain curative effect on autoimmune antibody degree, and does not appear significant side effects and adverse reactions, worthy of my colleagues for further research. |
