After more than20years of development, the private hospitals in our contry continues toexpand the scale, grade continuously upgrade, the management and service is getting more andmore standardized, Inn customers of eighty or ninety’s, and now hundreds of thousands, tens ofthousands of households to business area, from a medicine box is all facilities to the presentpurchase a large number of imports of advanced medical equipment the single-handed, from wildmedicine to large number of professional qualification of medical staff.China medical resources are not balanced, highlight the monopoly of public hospital,community hospital development lag external complex environment, drug procurement costs aretoo high, too much administrative intervention level, patient trust is still not high enough, thesephenomena have led to the private hospital development are lack of stamina.The bosses andshareholders of the private medical institutions in most of the non science major in medical ormanagement background, operation and management awareness backward, lack of experience,marketing means monotonous, scientific service level still need to be strengthened, whichblended with many fellow family affair, the formation of large help coax situation, complicatedand difficult to deal with conflicting interests, thus resulting in management the level of privatehospital is serious lag. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of private hospitals, therational allocation of the hospital internal resources, improve information sharing andcommunication channels, to establish a reasonable work flow, the establishment of a scientificorganizational structure and staffing, establish and improve various rules and regulations and tofully implement, strengthen the functions, promote the scientificity of performance appraisal,strengthen the consciousness of competition and competition level through soft power. Privatehospital owners should be aware of its limitations, fully authorized, for personnel managementand understand medical occupation managers is an important research subject in today’sdevelopment of private hospital.This thesis is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated thetopic research background, the purpose of innovation and ideas and research methods, etc.. Thesecond part, reviews the theory and application of private hospitals and occupation managers,defines the relevant concepts, reviews the development process of private hospitals andoccupation managers and the present situation, introduces the related theories. The third part hascarried on the analysis on the construction of occupation managers of private hospitals from a theoretical point of view. The fourth part, construct the occupation managers of Ji’nan a hospitalfor empirical research. The fifth part, lists the existing problems in the management mechanismof occupation managers and put forward the corresponding optimization suggestion. The sixthpart is the conclusion, and puts forward the deficiency and Prospect discussion.The main innovation of this thesis is:First, based on the various types of private hospital management theory on the constructionof occupation managers of private hospitals management mechanism are analyzed systematically,to redefine the concept of private hospitals and occupation manager, select and use scientificmanagement are widely accepted in other areas of the theory of private hospitals, introduction ofoccupation managers thought, time, channels and types and constraint measures to carry on thethorough analysis, enhance the credibility of the argument in a certain extent.Second, to build a private hospital in Ji’nan occupation managers management mechanism ofthe empirical analysis, test from the perspective of practice and improve the occupationmanagers, responsibilities and rights of its functions and the corresponding re combing, to thehospital and owner occupation manager role relationship, how to deal with the relationshipbetween the boss behind the occupation managers in the management process of blood thegenetic and geographical, the hospital, the analysis in the construction of the contradiction andconflict in the mechanism of occupation managers, and puts forward specific solutions.The conclusion: we must strengthen the standardization, specialization, scientificmanagement, innovation of mechanism, including the occupation managers lack of managementmode, actively study the management mode, and continuous improvement.
