Purpose:Constipation improve the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy after cancer retrospective observation and analysis of Qi and blood method.Material and method:Select Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology, cancer patients from April 2013 to April 2014 in hospital, they are due to intravenous chemotherapy, using 5-HT3 receptor antagonist tropisetron acute vomiting and other chemotherapy drugs, chemotherapy during constipation. Cases were observed in 39 cases, the symptoms before and after treatment were compared. All measurement data are using the system to learn software spss17.0 for statistical analysis and processing.Results: 1.39 cases of cancer after chemotherapy in patients with constipation bloating, fatigue, shortness of breath, anorexia, spontaneous as main symptoms, including 39 cases of constipation, bloating 36 cases, 30 cases of fatigue, breathlessness and shortness of breath in 23 cases, 20 cases of anorexia, spontaneous in 15 cases. TCM type is divided into: blood deficiency 18 cases, 15 cases of Qi and Blood, Qi six cases. 2. The main symptom improvement rate: 76.0 constipation, abdominal distension 80.5%, 73.3% fatigue, breathlessness and shortness of breath 30.4%, anorexia 70%, and 40.0% spontaneous. Shortness of breath, breathlessness, spontaneous p values greater than 0.05, the rest were less than 0.05, statistically significant, scores after treatment than before treatment instructions. 3. Evaluation of TCM Typing constipation: blood deficiency 83.3% Qi and Blood efficiency of 40.0%, Yin Deficiency type 33.3%. P <0.05, statistically significant, indicating that both blood deficiency treatment is better than the other two groups.Conclusion:1. Qi tonic Law prescription medicine for the treatment of cancer patients after chemotherapy constipation have some effect, and it appears bloating, fatigue, shortness of breath, anorexia, spontaneous symptoms after treatment was significantly better than before treatment. 2. Qi tonic method for improving the clinical symptoms of constipation after chemotherapy in cancer patients and to improve the quality of life of patients side effect is significant.
