Objective:according to tagsnp and eQTL find the the relationship between the polymorphism of theGHR gene mononucleotide site rs3756416、rs7727047、 rs2910875、rs12153009、rs2972781、rs12518414、rs4410646、rs6451620 and the OSAHS.Methods:1.Thesis select the hani people in yunnan province, a total of 270 cases, including 64 cases of OSAHS and the non-diabetes control 206 examples,Han people in yunnan province, a total of 274 cases, including 106 cases of OSAHS and the non-diabetes control 168 examples,Body weights、heights and BMI were measured2.Genomic DNA was extracted from their peripheral blood leukocytes,GHR gene polymorphism were determined using PCR method3.All the data wereanalysed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:1.The gene length of GHR is 297.9kb. During the study on single nucleotide acid polymorphism of GHR gene of Hani and Han nationality in Yunan, it was found that:among crowds of Han nationality, comparing the case group and the control group, genotype distribution of locus rs 12518414 was related to the occurrence of disease (P<0.05); among crowds of Hani nationality, as for locus rs3756416, the proportion of G allele in the case group was 12.5%, while that of G allele in the control group was 24.6%, the distribution difference of allele had statistical significance (P<0.05), G allele was the risky allele of this disease, and the allele mode of locus rs12518414 was related to this disease (P<0.05); in the control group, the proportion of rs12518414 allele was 29.9%, in the case group, rs1258414A allele was 16.7%, rs12518414 was the protecting group allele. The genetype and allele distribution of the rest locus had no relation with the occurrence of the disease.2.comparing the Han nationality and the Hani nationality,rs2972781、rs6451620、 rs12518414、rs7727047 the distribution difference of Genetype had statistical significance (P<0.05), was related to the occurrence of Ethnic differences.in Han nationality.the proportion of rs12518414 A allele was 29.9%, in Han nationality,was16.7% (P<0.05),mutant gene Han Nationality was higher than that of Hani Nationality.the proportion of rs7727047 G allele was 57%, in Han nationality,wasl2.5%(P<0.01),mutant gene Han Nationality was higher than that of Hani Nationality.Conclusion:During the study on single nucleotide acid polymorphism of GHR gene of Hani and Han nationality in Yunan,rs12518414 was related to the occurrence of OSAHS in Han;rs3756416、rs12518414 was related to OSAHS in Hani.The genetype and allele distribution of the rest locus had no relation with the occurrence of the disease. comparing the Han nationality and the Hani nationality,rs2972781、 rs6451620、rs12518414、rs7727047 the distribution difference of Genetype had statistical significance (P<0.05), was related to the occurrence of Ethnic differences.in Han nationality.Objective:according to tagsnp and eQTL find the the relationship between the polymorphism of the FOXC2 gene mononucleotide site rs1035550、rs7199663、 rs4843165、rs34221221、rs11643399、rs717386、rs7185638、rs717482 and the OSAHS.Methods:1.Thesis select the hani people in yunnan province, a total of 270 cases, including 64 cases of OSAHS and the non-diabetes control 206 examples,Han people in yunnan province, a total of 274 cases, including 106 cases of OSAHS and the non-diabetes control 168 examples,Body weights、heights and BMI were measured2.Genomic FOXC2 was extracted from their peripheral blood leukocytes, FOXC2 gene polymorphism were determined using PCR method3.All the data wereanalysed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:1.During the study on single nucleotide acid polymorphism of FOXC2 gene of Hani and Han nationality in Yunan, it was found that:among crowds of Han nationality, comparing the case group and the control group, genotype distribution of locus rs717386 and rs7185638 was related to the occurrence of disease (P<0.05); among crowds of Hani nationality,as for locus rs7199663, the proportion of C allele in the case group was 21.9%, while that of C allele in the control group was 37.0%, the distribution difference of allele had statistical significance (P<0.05), C allele was the risky allele of this disease;genotype distribution of locus rs34221221 and rs7185638 was related to the occurrence of disease (P<0.05);the allele mode of locus rs717482 was related to this disease (P<0.05); in the control group, the proportion of rs717482 allele was 44.4%, in the case group, rs717482T allele was 18.85%, T allele was the protecting group allele.
