Hashimoto thyroiditis is called chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis which isa type of autoimmune thyroiditis.It is autoimmune thyroid disease.Modernmedicine thinks autoimmune,genetic and environmental factors are the mainreasons of this disease.Modern medicine thinks there is no special treatmentfor ashimoto’s thyroiditis.After clinical diagnosis, decide whether to treataccording to the size of thyroid and have no symptoms.Such as hypothyroidism,it is required to use the left thyroxin (L-T4).Hashimoto’s thyroiditis shouldbelong to the motherland medicine of “gall disease”.The main cause is theemotional injuries,improper diet and water and soil,and it also has a closerelation with physical factors.The basic pathogenesis is stagnation of Qi,phlegm,blood stasis exphiaxis knot in front of the neck; and the location of the diseaseis mainly in the liver and spleen.Through my tutor of the experience in thetreatment of many years and understanding of ancient and modern doctors,we adoptthe method of symptom differetiation combined with disease differentiation totreat this disease.The disease is divided into sub clinicalstage,hyperthyroidism stage and hypothyroidism stage according to treatmentbased on syndrome differentiation.According to the type of qi stagnation,dampness and phlegm,internal heat due to yin deficiency,phlegm and bloodstasis,spleen and kidney qi deficiency and yang deficiency of spleen andkidney.According to its clinical manifestations and individual differences,weshould be flexible to determine the method,select the prescription and then addand reduce the TCM according to the symptoms.The patients received a betterclinical efficacy and at the same time the majority of patients gives theextremely high appraisal.This paper will summarize the experience in thetreatment of my tutor and my learning experience.We hope to lay the foundationto guide the clinical medication.
