| Objective To observe the clinical path management mode of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional mode of treatment in children with Anorexia disease during diagnosis and treatment of clinical curative effect, treatment time, outpatient costs and patient satisfaction and other aspects of the differences, to provide the clinical basis for the perfection and popularization of TCM clinical pathway. Methods Consistent with the requirements of60cases of Anorexia disease were randomly divided into routing group and the control group, the path group used clinical path management mode of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group used the traditional mode of treatment, a course of14days, the clinical curative effect of two groups of outpatient treatment, time, outpatient costs and patient satisfaction were analyzed and evaluated.Result1.Main symptoms before and after treatment score comparison:Before treatment, the path group was14.17±3.495, the control group was13.37±3.285, two P=0.174, primary disease before treatment points difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P<0.05), comparable. After treatment, the path group was2.83±1.984, the control group was3.20±2.024, both P=0.319,difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compare path group before and after treatment, P=0.000the difference was statistically significant (P<001); the control group before and after treatment, P=0.000, the difference was statistically significant (P<001).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy:path cured1cases, accounting for3.33%; effective in22cases, accounting for73.33%; effective in1cases, accounting for23.33%of the total efficiency of100%. The control group cured1cases,accounting for3.33%; effective in20cases, accounting for66.7%; effective in9cases, accounting for30%of the total efficiency of100%. No statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), the two group in improving symptoms of Appetite has effect, and the effect is quite. 3.Two group of average outpatient treatment time:the path group13.43±1.163days, control group13.03±1.45days, No statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).4.Comparison of outpatient expenses:cost routing group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); in these costs, the path group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); path group therapy of Chinese medicine application more than the control group, the cost is higher than that of the control group, but the no significant differences. In western medicine expense, the path group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); in the treatment cost, inspection cost path group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the two group total cost comparison, the path group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5. Patient satisfaction:About the cost of treatment, Path group satisfaction rate was100%and93.33%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In course of treatment satisfaction, the path group was100%,but the control group was96.67%, There was no significant (P>0.05); for treatment satisfaction, both groups were100%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); for evaluation of treatment services, the path set to100%, control group was90%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The two group in improving symptoms of appetite has effect, and the curative effect was similar; It was similar in average outpatient treatment time path group treatment time; the expenses path group than in the control group in the traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, TCM therapy costs have increased, decreased obviously in western medicine, treatment, examination and treatment of total cost patient satisfaction; in the path group was higher than control group. |
