[Objective]Through analysing the707questionnaires that investigate TCM syndrome and related factors after female ART(Assisted Reproductive Technology) failure, we preliminarily discuss the distribution of TCM syndrome and common symptoms, coupled with related factors after female ART failure, which provides new methods for forming the normative and objective syndrome differentiation and offers epidemiological basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and scientific research in gynaecology of TCM.[Method]Based on the primary research and expert references, the questionnaire is formulated and completed. According to the clinical epidemiological surveys, we collect four diagnostic materials of707female (failing in ART) infertility clinic cases from December2009to February2014in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Meanwhile, we establish syndrome information database, using SPSS19.0statistical software and frequency analysis, as well as cluster analysis and statistical methods. This paper reveals distribution of syndromes and common symptoms after female ART failure; And by using the χ2inspection and non-parameter test method, this paper depicts that common syndromes relates to witness type and age, duration, occupation, abortion number, the age of menarche, etc.[Result]1.Through investigating the clinical research and mathematical statistical analysis, combined with clinical analysis, the result primarily depicts that the common type of syndrome is kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis; kidney deficiency and liver stagnation; kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis and damp-heat; spleed-kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.2. After the failure of female ART(Assisted reproductive technology) common symptoms from high to low frequency as follows:classics blood clots, insomnia and much dreaming, lumbar debility, forgetfulness, irritability, hair loss, breast clip flatulence, painful menstruation, fatigue strength, dry throat, dry mouth, pee color yellow, gentle disposition depression, the sexual appetite decrease tired, five upset hot, often make heave sigh, etc.3.The707cases of patients’ number of taking eggs with the menarche age, age and course of correlation analysis showed that:Patient’s age of menarche and egg number have no correlation. As the increase of age, number of patients to take the eggs gradually reduced; As the increase of course, the patients take egg number also showed a trend of decrease.4.With the increase of number of abortions, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis and damp-heat, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation appeared increasing chances,A probability decreasing kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis; With increase in the number of taking eggs, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis and damp-heat, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation reduced, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis, spleed-kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis appeared increasing chances. The patient’s age, body mass index, duration, number of IVF infertility and western etiology have no relevance with the common syndrome of TCM.[Conclusion]The common syndromes after the female ART (Assisted reproductive technology) failure are mostly distributed to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation, kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis and damp-heat, spleed-kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis. With the increase of age, course of infertility, the number of take eggs decreased, and the number of take eggs has no relevance with menarche age. Abortion times and the last time of taking egg’s number has no correlation with the common type distribution difference was statistically significant. The patient’s age, body mass index, infertility and clinical course of the disease often witness type distribution difference has no statistical significance.
