Clinical Study On TCM Syndromes And Distribution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular And Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective:This study uses modern statistical methods to cellect and analyze the literature of TC M syndromes in atherosclerosis heart and head blood vessel disease.Discuss the regula rity of syndrome elements of TCM and then promote the AS disease sydromes researc h and provide some reference for AS in TCM sydrome standardization.Materials and methods:1 Based on the related literature summary of atherosclerosis heart and head blood ves sel diseases through CNKI database (2001-2001), "syndrome factor differentiation to le arn",common symptom identification of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and trea tment and the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles (try out),screen out symptoms of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction and coronary heart dise ase,including modern, head, chest,arms and legs skin,diet,mainland symptoms,tongue co ating,pulse condition etc.Then finally made"syndrome factor symptom clinical questionn aire".2 Collect the data of 148 cases of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction and coronary hea rt disease,including common data,clinical questionnaire,blood lipid index(TC,TG,HDL-C, LDL-C,ApoAl,ApoB),uric acid (UA) and homocysteine (HCY), glycosylated hemoglobi n (HbAlc),carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),name ofclinical Chinese medicine,etc.T hen analyze the data according to the "syndromefactor dialectical method"3 Input the original data into computer then extract sydrome element and Chinese me dicines through software SPASS20.0 to analyze medical statistics.Then conclude the co ronary heart disease (CHD) and atherosclerosis cerebral infarction’s syndrome factor of similarities and differences to explore the treatment of AS.Extract both similarities an d differences between clinical commonly used high frequency drugs,summarize the dise ase of atherosclerosis heart and head blood-vessel clinical medication regularly. Results:1 Syndrome factor results:There are 77 cases of coronary heart disease in this study and extracted by clinical sy mptoms involving 24 kinds of syndrome factors.Frequency≥10 evidence from high to low as:heart,blood stasis,phlegm,qi stagnation,dampness,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,lu ng,qi deficiency,heat,blood deficiency,liver,XiongGe,spleen,kidney,hyperactivity of yang. There are 78 cases of Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction in this study and extracted by clinical symptoms involving 24 kinds of syndrome factors.Frequency≥ 10 evidence fr om high to low as:Main and collateral channels,phlegm,dampness,yin deficiency,liver,bl ood stasis,qi deficiency,wind,blood deficiency,heart,hot,yang deficiency,hyperactivity of y ang.The same sydrome element in coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis cerebral infar ction are heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm,dampness,heat,hy peractivity of yang,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,blood deficiency,qi deficiency.The statistical inspection find that:heart,liver,lung,qi stagnation,blood stasis,yang deficiency are statistically significantly different in the distribution of coronary artery disease and cerebral infarction.Through chi-square test,we can find the same syndrome elements b etween Coronary heart disease and Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction are deep different. In heart,lung,qi stagnation,blood stasis,yang deficiency area,Coronary heart disease>Cere bral infarction (P<0.05);In liver area,Cerebral infarction>Coronary heart disease (P<0.0 5);Coronary heart disease(CHD) has syndrome element-XiongGe,but Cerebral infarctio n havn’t;Cerebral infarction has main and collateral channels and wind sybdrome elem ent,but Coronary heart disease(CHD) isn’t involved them.2 Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) results:(1) In coronary heart disease there are 99 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.Frequ ency from high to low as:astragalus membranaceus,salvia miltiorrhiza,poria cocos,rhizo ma ligustici wallichii,safflower,liquorice,pinellia,codonopsis,white peony root,atractylodes,r ed peony root,fructus Aurantii,angelica sinensis,ramulus cinnamomi,radix bupleuri,fructus tr ichosantlhis,zizyphus jujube benevolence,longstamenonion bulb,fructus aurantii immaturus. Chinese medicine property mainly includeWen (41.76%),Han (32.97%),Pling (20.88%); Drug flavour is mainly for Bitter (32.00%),Gan (30.00%),Xin (26.00%);Mainly thro ugh mainly belongs tothe five zang-organs:Spleen (18.03%),Liver (17.62%),Lung (1 4.75%),Heart (14.75%),Stomach (14.34%)(2) In atherosclerosis cerebral infarction there are 141 kinds of traditional Chinese me dicines.Frequency from high to low as:atractylodes,gastrodia elata,pinellia,salvia miltiorr hiza,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica sinensis.poria cocos,the stone calamus,liquorice,D ried tangerine or orange peel,astragalus membranaceus,radixscutellariae,achyranthes,uncar ia,Radix Rehmanniae,white peony root,red peony root,lumbricus,saw rhubarb,peach kernel. Chinese medicine property mainly include Han (35.25%),Wen (34.53%),Pling (23.74%); Drug flavour is mainly for Bitter (29.69%),Xin(28.82%),Gan (27.51%);Mainly throu gh mainly belongs to the five zang-organs:Liver (20.93%),Spleen (15.99%),Stomach (14.24%),Lung (13.66%),Heart (13.37%)(3) Atherosclerosis disease of heart-head blood vessel share the high frequency of drug s for:astragalus mcmbranaceus,salvia miltiorrhiza,poria cocos,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,s afflower,liquorice, pinellia,codonopsis,white peony root,atractylodes,turmeric,red peony root,, fructus Aurantii,angelica sinensis,ramulus cinnamomi,radix bupleuri,fructus trichosanthis,ziz yphus jujube benevolence,fructus aurantii immaturus.peach kernel,dried tangerine or ora nge peel,aadix aehmanniae,radix scutellariae,achyranthes,radix ophiopogonis,platycodon g randiflorum,fresh ginger,polygala,gastrodia elata,the stone calamus,uncaria,lumbricus,radix scrophulariae,bile arisaema,winged euonymus twig,dried ginger,yuanhu,saw rhubarb,caul is spatholobi,notoginseng,raw keel,kudzu root,raw oysters,magnolia bark,tuber fleeceflow er stem,mulberry parasitism,semen armeniacae amarum,rhizoma atractylodis,eucommia ul moides,radix pseudostellariae,cortex moutan,alisma,herba leonuri,fruit of Chinese magnoli avine,amomum villosum,aadix aucklandiae.ctc.Through chi-square test,we can find the s ame Chinese medicines between Coronary heart disease and Atherosclerosis cerebral in farction are deep different.In astragalus membranaceus,poria cocosp,safflower,codonopsis, white paeony root,turmeric,fructus aurantii,cassia twig, radix bupleuri,zizyphus jujube be nevolence,fructus aurantii immaturus,platycodon grandiflorum,winged euonymus twig,dried ginger,yuanhu area,Coronary heart disease>Cerebral infarction (P<0.05);In gastrodia ela ta,the stone calamus,uncaria,lumbricus,radix scrophulariae,bile arisaema area,Cerebral inf arction>Coronary heartdisease (P<0.05).Longstamen onion bulb,sandalwood,radix trichosa nthis used more in Coronary heart disease (CHD) than Cerebral infarction.But insect d rugs-Scorpion,Batryticated silkworm,Leech.etc. used more in Cerebral infarction. There i s no diference in Mainly through mainly.Conclusion:1 Through extracting Coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis cerebral infarction,we can find 24 kinds of syndromes. The statistical results comform to the traditional Chine se medicine understanding of atherosclerosis and generally reflects the Atherosclerotic disease of heart and head blood-vessel disease characteristics.The same sydrome eleme nt are heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm,dampness,heat,hyper activity of yang,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,blood deficiency,qi deficiency.
