From the point of view of pharmaceutical workers, and treatment method of Xinjiang unique geographical environment created by Uygur and Uygur medicine theory is the future focus of medical researchers.Uygur medicine that cold, cold cough, phlegm asthma, often by the "Nai Zi Lai" and other factors caused by abnormal inflammation caused by body fluids, which belongs to the dry and cold air in the temperament characteristics of dry and cold to cause airway hyperactivity, abnormal metabolism, abnormal fluid into the gap caused by infiltration, airway spasm the formation of cough and asthma, and other diseases, Uygur medicine use dry drug treatment.Hanchuan zupa granule is the traditional experience of treating asthma cough, Uygur, has been the history in 1500. It is composed of Hyssopus officinalis, Adiantum capillus veneris, Extractum Glycyrrhizae, fennel, fenugreek, Serina Ko, Yun vanilla Uygur medicine compound preparation. It has antitussive, expectorant antiasthmatic effect, warm the lung. For acute cold, cold is caused by abnormal Nai Zi Lai to cough and phlegm asthma,Especially suitable for children cough, wheezing after acute cold.According to the Hanchuan zupa granule effect,this study used the young mice,young rats and guinea pigs were used to observe the pharmacological action of Hanchuan zupa granule anti-inflammatory and antitussive, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma, provide pharmacological basis for pediatric cough aspects.1 The study of Hanchuan zupa granule antitussive effect1.1 Effect of Hanchuan zupa granule on sulfur dioxide induced cough in miceUsing the sulfur dioxide (SO2) stimulation method, Hanchuan zupa granule on cough mice, cough latent period and cough frequency effect on the sulfur dioxide stimulation were observed. The results showed Hanchuan zupa granule in 1.5,0.75,0.375g/kg dose groups inhibited SO2 induced mice cough frequency, two groups which were in 1.5g/kg and 0.75g/kg had significant different (compared with the control group, P<O.05, P<0.01); Hanchuan zupa granule 1.5g/kg dose group could significantly prolong the latent period of cough caused by SO2 (compared with the control group, P<O.01).1.2 Effect of Hanchuan zupa granule on citric acid induced cough in guinea pigs Using the method of cough induced by citric acid, antitussive effect of Hanchuan zupa granule was observed. The results showed, compared with the control group, guinea pigs, Hanchuan zupa granule in 1,0.5,0.25g/kg dose groups could significantly reduce the frequency of cough induced by citric acid (compared with the control group, P< 0.05, P< 0.01). Hanchuan zupa granule lg/kg dose group could significantly prolong the latent time (compared with the control group, P< 0.05).1.3 Effect of Hanchuan zupa granule on capsaicin induced cough in guinea pigsUsing the method of capsaicin induced cough, antitussive effect of Hanchuan zupa granule was observed. The results showed, compared with the control group, Hanchuan zupa granule 1 and 0.5g/kg dose groups could significantly reduce the number of cough induced by capsaicin (compared with the control group, P< 0.05, P< 0.01).2Thestudy of Hanchuan zupa granule expectorant actionUsing the method ofphenol red dripped in the trachea, the study of Hanchuan zupa granule on mice tracheal secretion induced by phenol red was observed. The results showed, Hanchuan zupa granule 1,0.5, 0.25g/kg dose groups administered for three days could make the normal animal airway resistance decreased in different degree, which Hanchuan zupa granule 0.5g/kg dose group had significant different (compared with the control group, P< 0.05); three dose groups increased of histamine and acetylcholine mixed solution inhalation induced rat airway resistance, had the obvious inhibitory action, the airway resistance, airway resistance increase were significantly lower than the control group (compared with the control group, P< 0.05, P< 0.01), Hanchuan zupa granule 1, 0.25g/kg increased airway resistance was significantly lower than the control group (compared with the control group, P< 0.05).4 The study of Hanchuan zupa granule anti-inflammatory effect4.1 Intervention effect of Hanchuan zupa granule on endotoxin induced lung injuryUsing the method of bronchial instillation of endotoxin, acute lung injury induced by the young mice, the lung index, water content of lung tissue, lung tissue of tumor necrosis factora(TNF-α), interleukin 1β(IL-1β), interleukin 13 (IL-13) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) content as the index, to observe the protective effect of Hanchuan zupa Keli on endotoxin induced acute lung injury in mice; therefore, the use of endotoxin induced acute lung injury in mice, animal model group lung water content significantly increased, lung index increasing, the apparent reaction (model group compared with the control group,P< 0.01). Hanchuan zupa granule in 1.5,0.75 and 0.375g/kg, the model of increased lung index, lung water content with different degrees of inhibition, inhibition of lung water content in 1.5g/kg dose group were significantly increased (compared with model group, P< 0.05). The animal model of lung tissue of TNF-a, IL-13, IL-1βand IL-10 content increased significantly, which obviously reaction (model group compared with the control group,P< 0.01). Hanchuan zupa granule in each dose group, has significant inhibitory effect on lung tissue increased animal model TNF-a, IL-13, IL-1β(compared with model group, P< 0.05), but the model animal lung tissue increased IL-10 inhibition is not obvious.4.2 Effect of Hanchuan zupa granule on carrageenan gum induced rat paw edema.Using the method of carrageen gum injection, the effect was observed, Hanchuan zupa granule on rat paw swelling. Hanchuan zupa granule in 1,0.5,0.25g/kg dose groups could inhibit carrageen gum injection induced paw swelling and the swelling rate decreased, the effect that Hanchuan zupa granule lg/kg dose group was significant after modeling 3,4 hours(compared with the control group,P< 0.05, P< 0.01).In summary, Hanchuan zupa granule each dose could reduce sulfur dioxide, citric acid, capsaicin induced cough times, prolong the incubation period of cough; increase phenolsulfonphthalein stimulated sputum secretion increased; inhibition of histamine and methacholine induced airway resistance; also has obvious protective effect on acute lung injury in mice induced by LPS was increased, inhibition of mice lung tissue TNF-a, IL-13, IL-1β, and carrageenan induced rat paw edema; acute cold, cough, wheezing and provides experimental basis for hanchuanzupa granules in clinical use.
