Object i ve:This research studied the acute stroke patients with method of retrospective by Self-made questionnaire.recorded related multiple risk factors and the frequency of preorbid TCM syndromes,abstracted the syndrome eleme by cluster analysis.To analyse TCM syndrome in ischemic stroke with multiple risk factors contributes to investigating the pathogenesis features of stroke,thus provides theoretical basis for early TCM-WM treatment and comprehensive intervention.Object and Methods:This research had gathered data on 119 acute cerebral ischemic stroke patients from Dongzhimen and Dongfang Hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine during the period March 2014 to March 2015.Among them 107patients from Dongzhimen Hospital and 12 patients from Dongfang.This research gathered the personal basic informations of patients,recorded related physical and chemical examination results and the TCM informations of clinical characterization of Ischemical celebral infarction prior to onset of illness included.This is a cross-sectional survey and applies descriptive statistic analysis,systematic cluster analysis through SPSS17.0.Results:1.General informations during the attack of acute ischemic cerebral stroke:male patients is 70,female is 49and the sex ratio is 1.4:1.Patients aged 51-80 is 83.19%. The high incidence of men aged between 51-80,made81.43%,women aged between 51-60,made 44.9%.Career style:manual workers is57.14%, and mental workers is 42.86%.2.Inducements and The onset of state:There are inducement in 78cases accounting for 65.55%.The top 5 inducements are tierd or angry,furious,mental tension,climate change and food not section,accounting for 96.16%.The onset of state:In order to rest,activity,sleep,emotional,defecation,accountingfor39.5%,34.45%,15.97%,7.56%,2.52%.3.Generally informations before the onset of ischemic celebral infarction:41 cases have a familial inheritance of premature cardiovascular disease,accounting for 34.45%,39cases have cerebrovascular disease,accounting for 32.77%.Longtime smokers is 51.26%; longtime drinkers is 39.50%;liking sweets account for 42.02%;liking eating meat47.06%t;liking saline taste 41.18%and liking spicy food 32.77%;eating less-vegetables and lee-fresh-fruit people is 28.57%and42.02%.Obesity people is 44.54%.The grumpies 71.43%and hardly-exercise ones 60.50%.4.Three basal metabolic diseases and related physical and chemical examination results:people associated with four basal metabolic diseases is104, made 87.39%.Suffering from one of the four cases diseases is 21.85%,suffering from two is35.29%,suffering from three is 26.89%,suffering from all the four cases diseases is2.52%.High blood pressure made69.75%;diabetes47.90%,high blood fat for 49.60%,High UA disease for 18.49%.The rate of control failure of the three is 86.74%,85.96%and 81.36%.The related metrics of diabetes:The abnormity of random blood glucose is54.62%,the average value is 7.46±3.19mmo1/L; The abnormity of HbAlc is 58.02%,6.91±1.92%.The abnormity and the average value of cholesterol is 26.05%and4.68±1.33mmol/L;triglycerideis43.7%and2.12 ±1.44mmol/L;high-density lipoprotein is 21.01%and 1.19±0.34mmol/L;low density lipoprotein is 38.66%and 2.81±1.02mmol/L.Other related metricsruric acid is18.99%and 318.30±88.04μmol/L,D-D is 34.45%and452.9488±1303.11002μg/L.5.The main preorbid TCM symptoms of ACIS ordered by the frequency desc is irritability or annoyance,physically and mentally fatigued, dry throat with bitter taste,Dizziness giddy and blurrd vision or visual dim and the percents of them are 57.98,50.42,49.58,42.02 and 42.02respectively.The top five TCM syndromes ordered by the frequency desc is Feng-tan-yuxue syndrome;Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm-heat-fu-organ-constipation, stagnation of phlegm,and phlegm-heat accumulation.6.The results it comes to through studying the top 24 preorbid TCM symptoms by cluster analysis indicate that there are 4 classes.The first class consists of the inverse chaos of the fan in the wind:often palpitations,Instant vertigo,Dizziness giddy,Tinnitus,Headache frequently and Abnormal sweating,blurrd vision or visual dim,Sticky mouth sticky,Phlegm and sticky and The dirty complexion consist the Phlegm and Qing Yang does not rise Syndrome;Foul breath,Paroxysmal weakness,Forgetful,Reaction slowly or Forgetful,The empty vexed not to sleep and The dry eyes consisit the Hot on the disturbance of qi deficiency dystrophy Syndrome; Dry mouth,Suddenly walking deviation,Hand foot numbness array,Slow reaction,Constipation,Sleepiness and sleep,Sleepy or Tired after eating meals,physically and mentally fatigued and Bad tempered consist the Feng Huo Zhuodu Syndrome.Conclusion:1.People aged 51-80 may have elevated risk of ACIS and it could contribute to the onset of this illness that unhealthy living habit and negative emotional stimuli.The proportion of the cases associated with three basal metabolic diseases is direct or indirect risk factors for stroke.Prevention and treatment of high blood fat and diabetes should pay more attention.The incentives,such as fatigues,anger or rage,climate change and psychentonia,become direct initial factors resulting in stroke.2.With the time point of stroke,the Feng image and the turbid toxin show outstanding.The distribution and evolvement of premorbid syndrome eleme indicates that Feng,Huo,Tan andToxin.
