| With the rapid development of industry, the prospects of electronic enterprises are getting better and better. And the number of electronic enterprises is higher and higher. Now, China has become the world’s largest electronic information product manufacturing base. However, the occupation health condition is not optimistic. The electronics industry has long been mistaken for the most safety and health field. In fact, it has the same occupation health hazards. In order to strengthen the occupation health management of electronic enterprise, protect the staff, avoid excessive investment and prevent the waste of resources, it is necessary to have occupation health risk assessment for electronic enterprise’s spraying production line.In this study, risk assessment methods are divided into two categories: quantitative method and qualitative method. Qualitative evaluation process relies mainly on experience to judge. So it has some limitations. However, quantitative evaluation process base on a number of experimental results and statistical analysis of sufficient information. So this method is more objective, criteria and precise. Therefore, this study decided to use quantitative risk assessment method. In all of the risk assessment methods, semi-quantitative risk assessment method, LEC risk assessment method and risk index method consider the inherent nature of toxic chemicals and the situation of human exposure to toxic chemicals. And these methods are suitable for risk assessment of toxic chemicals in the workplace. However, the risk index method doesn’t consider the influence of exposure. It is poor in comparison with the above three methods. So this study decides to use these three methods to assess the risk level of the spraying production line. Compares the effects of these three methods.Having a risk assessment of chemical toxic substance in electronic enterprise’s spraying production line by the risk assessment method proposed in this study. The following conclusions can be obtained.⑴The main toxic and harmful chemical substances of this spraying production line are toluene, ethyl benzene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol.⑵All of these densities of the six toxic chemical are exceed occupational exposure limits.⑶The result of using semi-quantitative risk method is that keep paint room, paint room and fishing paint room’s levels of risk are moderate risk. The other areas’ levels are low risk. The result of using LEC risk method is that paint room and fishing paint room’s levels of risk are moderate risk. The other areas’ levels are low risk. The result of using risk index method is that keep paint room, paint room and fishing paint room’s levels of risk are extremely risk. The other areas’ levels are moderate risk.⑷The assessment results of using the semi-quantitative risk method and LEC risk method are in the same, apart from the risk level of keep paint room.⑸According to the characteristics of the spraying production line and the comparison of three methods,semi-quantitative risk assessment method is more suitable for the spraying production line’s health assessment.⑹Analytical Chemistry and Toxicology concentrations exceed occupational exposure limits of reason, and depending on the level of risk and excessive concentrations of toxic chemicals, the proposed risk control measures. |
