Study On The Effect Of Acupoint Pressure On Brain Function Of Healthy People Based On Resting FMRI Technique

Background:Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)is widely used in neuroscience,especially in the field of mechanism of acupoints, and providing image support for acupuncture mechanism, because it have no trauma to humans and can accurate positioning advanced brain functions. As an important part of earpins science, many scholars at home and abroad have made a series of research and obtained certain achievement from the perspective of Chinese medicine meri-dian and viscera or the modern medicine nerve, neurohumoral,immune and some other aspec-Ts.They put forward the theory of embryo,cell theory of Yin Yang,biological holographic law theory,bioelectricity,biological control or reflection,but still have no unified conclusion. Since Hang hualian, from Switzerland’s institute of radiology,using fMRI technology to study the cf feet of ear stimulation on the central nervous system at 2000, The report about ear mechanism is very few,except Fang Jiliang, from academy of traditional Chinese medicine reported electr oacupuncture normal ears a vagus nerve functional magnetic resonance effect of brain resear-ch.The article comprehensively summarizes the research progress about points brain function effect of fMRI and an overview of ear mechanism. In order to provide imaging basis for mechanism system, we make the ear god door hole as the breakthrough point, immediately point on left ear, then observe the change of brain function, which is using fMRI technology.Objective:In order to explore the correlation of ear mechanism and central nervous system, we research what is influenced on healthy brain function after the immediately point on single god door hole, basing the resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging.Methods:By using fMRI, we respectively obtain the image of those 8 healthy people and the 60 seco-nds immediately point on left god door hole. Then we statistical analysis of experimental data, basing on the generalized linear model(GLM) and the brain function imaging per-pixel statisti cal analysis software statistical parametric mapping(SPM8) to analysis the experimental data.Results:After the immediate point on left god door hole, the activated brain regions are mainly left occipital lobe of the brain pillow (BA17/18/19), the pillow back (BA17/18/19), angular gyrus (BA39).The negative activated brain areas are mainly Bilateral frontal lobe in the middle of the back to before (BA4), frontal (BA6/8), frontal (BA8) and back in the triangle of the inferior frontal gyrus(BA44/45); After the middle of the bilateral parietal lobe (BA3/1/2), the top lobule (BA5/7), precuneus(BA7) and on the right side of the edge(BA40) last time, the angular gyrus(BA9),The tongue of the bilateral occipital lobe (BA17/18/19) and back on the right side of the pillow back into (BA17/18/19), the pillow back (BA17/18/19),back in the anteromedial temporal lobes of the temporal (BA21),temporal gyrus(BA20),fusiform gyrus(B A31) and the left superior temporal gyrus(BA21),Bilateral insula.Limbic system of the cingul ate cortex, next to the hippocampus (BA34),the hippocampus; bilateral cerebellum anterior lobe, posterior lobe.Conclusion:The experiment based on the resting state fMRI technology research the image of the healthy people after point on the left god door hole. Found that stimulate the door hole is activated with the vision about the occipital lobe and the angular gyrus.The negative activation brain regions are mainly frontal lobe related to higher nervous activities,temporal lobe related to per ception,memory and movement,parietal lobe related to somatosensory,occipital lobe related to the vision, insula associated with visceral sensory and motor, limbic system that have close rel ations of smell,viscera,body activities and emotional activities of complex refletion and condit ioned reflex,cerebellum related to emotional,cognitive,pain and systemic circulation.In conclu sion,point pressure left ear god door hole activated most part of the brain areas reflects that the god door hole used to treat a disease may be by activating the multiple brain regions to rea lize,and also reflects the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine.
