The change of modern life style and rhythm makes the patients of coronary heart disease TanRe syndrome gradually increased. The current research on coronary heart disease pathological factors, paying more attention to blood stasis in the context of this pathological phenomenon and achieved certain results, but for TanRe research still needs to be deepened. Lian Xia Ning Xin Fang is made by teacher Li Ping after twenty years of clinical practice and clinical research of concise and is representative formula of Qingxin Huatan method, has the effects of Qing Xin Hua Tan and Ning Xin An Shen. The clinical practice and basic research show that Qing Xin Hua Tan method can treat the TanRe syndromes in patients with CHD.How is the effect that? This requires the verification of evidence based medicine Therefore, this study adopts the method of Case series studies. Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy in improving the symptoms and life quality and safety of Qing Xin Hua Tan method in the treatment of CHD TanRe symptoms, clarify the best effective intervention time, and provide effective intervention measures for treatment of CHD TanRe symptoms. To provide foundation for further controlled studies and provide the certain theory basis for further clinical randomized controlled trials. Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria to choose patients. On the basis of the western medicine foundation treatment to treat patients in Qing Xin HuaTan medicine and let them eat this medicine one dose a day and divide 2 times in the morning and evening. The change of symptoms integral and Seattle scale will be record before and after treatmentA course of treatment will sustains 4 weeks and then to comparison and analysis the score of scales between before and after treatment. Results:The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total scores and each single TCM symptoms scores of 76 cases patients with CHD TanRe symptoms between before and after treatment have significant difference(p<0.05),and the scores of 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment are lower than the before treatment, the scores of 4 weeks after treatment is lower than 2 weeks after treatment, which means that TCM overall symptoms and each single TCM symptoms of 4 weeks after treatment is significantly lighter than 2 weeks after treatment and before treatment, after 2 weeks treatment is significantly lighter than before treatment. The symptoms improvement total effective rate of 76 cases patients with CHD TanRe symptoms is 94.74%, and the symptoms improvement effective rate about chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, are79.55%,77.27%,72.41%,80.95%,72.41% respectively. The limited physical activity levels, stabilization state of angina, attacking state of angina, treatment satisfaction level, disease awareness levels of 76 cases patients with CHD TanRe symptoms have significant difference between before and after treatment(p< 0.05),the Seattle scale standard score of 4 weeks after treatment is significantly higher than those before treatment, Which means that Qing Xin Hua Tan method can effectively improve life quality in patients with CHD.Conclusion:Qing Xin Hua Tan method can effectively improve the TanRe syndromes and life quality in patients with CHD. Qing Xin Hua Tan method is an effective and safe intervention measures, and the best effective intervention time is 4 weeks. But there are deficiencies in this study, further confirmation with clinical trials of high quality and large sample are needed. This studie will provide foundation for further controlled studies and provide the certain theory basis for further clinical randomized controlled trials.
