[Objective]The "lung-system heat disease" which is characterized by fever is located at lung, and "Wind-warm syndrome" is one common form of it. "Wind-warm syndrome" contains a lot of diseases for modern medicine such as infectious diseases and contagious disease. This study analyzed the pathogeny and physique of "Wind-warm syndrome" by means of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory and modern medicine technique. By observing the status of "Wind-warm syndrome", educate people "preventive treatment of disease" should include both boosting one’s resistance to disease and preventing the invasion of disease; then teach people how to live a healthy live.[Method]The study is based on a questionnaire that is divided into two parts. The first part is about the patients’ living habits in the past three months before they took the questionnaire, and the second part is classifying the types of physique of these patients with "traditional Chinese medicine physique survey" made by dr. Wang Qi. The clinical cases are the outpatients who are diagnosed as "Wind-warm syndrome" from November 2014 to April 2015 at Xi Yuan hospital, and the control group are those healthy people who have not been ill for more than 6 months. The study analyzed the Statistical data, observing the difference between the two groups.[Result]1. The quality of sleep, living habits, living environment has significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups.① The quality of sleep:the sleep quality is much worse in the experience group, the bad quality of sleep is 36.8%, the insomnia is 15.7%. And the data for the control group are 20.5% and 4.5%.② The living habits:The bad living habits counts for 75.4% for the experience group including sleep less than 7 hours 22.8%, stay up late 54.4%, and use cell phone or computer for a long time 36.8%.③ The living environment:The hot and dry environment is 28.1% for the experience group, and is 4.5% for the control group.2. There is significant difference of physique between the two groups; the X2 test shows P<0.05. The qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency are especially obvious, for the data are 8.8%.15.8% for the experience group, and are 0.0%,6.8% for the control group.[Conclusion]1. The study shows that the quality of sleep, stay up late, use cell phone and computer for a long time and the living environment are the causes of "Wind-warm syndrome", and are also the mechanism of "the essence isn’t stored." According to TCM theory, those bad living habits can waste qi and yin, and the essence can not be store; then the wei-qi reduces which result to the invasion of disease, and the "Wind-warm syndrome" takes place.2. Qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency are the most common physique of "Wind-warm syndrome." Physique is an important cause of exogenous diseases, studying the physique provides some objective ways to prevent the disease.
