In recent years, the number of hospital preparation production discontinued increasing year by year, some of the traditional application of this business even canceled the production, the development of hospital preparation shows the trend of polarization. Therefore, It has important practical significance for the rational application and health development of the hospital preparations to see the basic status of hospital preparation in Beijing, to grasp the specific clinical application of them, and to investigate the factors affecting the development of hospital preparation.This study bases on the research topics of the Beijing Food and Drug Administration in 2014. It will carry out a survey of the hospital preparation application from the aspects of the characteristic of medical institutions, the level of preparation room, clinical applications, cost control, insurance policies within the scope of medical institutions and their preparations in Beijing. The results of this survey will he analyzed to provide suggestions for Beijing Food and Drug Administration and other medical institutions.Objectives:To fully understand the basic status of their preparations of the Beijing medical institutions, medical institutions in Beijing, to grasp the formulation, clinical use, and profitability etc. of the hospital preparations. To explore restrict factors and the main problems affecting the rational use of hospital preparations. We will propose appropriate solutions based on the findings.Methods:We conduct the survey of the application status of hospital preparations of Beijing medical institutions through the literature review, questionnaires, field visits, the analysis of typical cases, etc. we also use Excel to analyze research data^Results:The hospital preparation in Beijing bears an obvious social welfare nature, and plays an important role. The hospital preparation has entered into mature period. As the supplement of commercially available drugs, with good curative effect, strong p ertinence, small side effect, affordable price and other characteristics, hospital preparation is widely accepted by the whole society, especially the characteristic ones. The phenomenon of the polarization and exit of Medicare appears during the adjustment of the hospital preparation in recent years. We should pay attention to the role of non-government-run medical institutions play in the application of hospital preparation, and focused on solving the problems of unclear positioning, the difference between urban and rural areas, the waste of resources, cost down, the medical insurance policy restrictions and other issues.Conclusion:medical institutions should clear positioning of their preparations, streamline internal management mechanism, improve the efficiency of preparations and should conduct legal training, in order to enhance their self-protection awareness.The regulatory authorities should strengthen supervision and investment, simplify application procedures, adjust the insurance policies and implement other adjustment policies to guide the allocation of resources to integrate, streamline development approaches of hospital preparations.
