Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xiaogan Ping Injection On Attenuation And Synergy Of AT Chemotherapy In Patients With Breast Cancer

Background:Breast cancer is caused with breast epithelial cells in abnormal prolif-eration replication which occurs malignant disease.Adjuvant Chemotherapy,can significantly prolongsurvival and reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis[1].But it inevitably brings many side effects of chemotherapy.Compare to the simple use of chemical drugs, Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer, not only can increase the efficacy of chemotherapy,but also reduce the toxicity.It is some clinical significance to improve the compliance for treatment and living quality.Purpose:Observation about the therapeutic plan between xiaoaiping injection with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone, whether the former can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy and increase the effect of chemotherapy,which provides some clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Materials and methods:The research objects are the female breast cancer hospita-lized patients who are to be treated with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy from 2006 January to 2010 February. According to the treatment of drug use of patients admitted to hospital,ones are divided into simple chemotherapy group (chemotherapy group) for 44 cases and chemotherapy combined with xiaoaiping injection group (combined treatment group) for 43 cases.The simple chemotherapy group whose plans for the AT program: Docetaxel 75mg/m2, Adriamycin 5Omg/m2.Chemical drugs are used at the first day which are repeated per 21 days,6 cycles in total.The combination group is the chemotherapy combined with xiaoaiping injection,intravenous drip,once a day,since the first day of chemotherapy until 14 days.Observing the toxic and side reactions of chemotherapy, simultaneously viewing 5 years survival rate,recurrence rate and metastasis rate.Results:Compare with chemotherapy group, combined treatment group was the lower rate of nausea and vomiting,was decreased by 8.72% in Ⅰ°- Ⅳ the incidence of diarrhea, had lower rate in Ⅰ°- Ⅳ°of hair loss,and decreased rate of white blood cells. Suggesting that xiaoaiping injection can decrease digestive tract reaction,has the effect of improving intestinal function,reduce the incidence of alopecia,and reduces the incidence of bone marrow suppression.On alanine aminotransferase elevated levels of the chemotherapy group and combination group, chemotherapy group was only 1 cases of Ⅱ°increased, suggesting that the probability of AT chemotherapy liver injury is lower.Xiaoaiping injection does not have to reduce liver damage.ECG changes in combination group was lower than chemotherapy group,suggesting that xiaoaiping injection can reduce the injury of heart. Compared with the combination therapy group has higher five years survival rate,and lower five years recurrence rate and metastasis rate,suggesting that xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy has a positive significance on the remission of the disease and the improvement of survival rate.Conclusion:The combined treatment group compared with the simple chemotherapy Group,can reduce the severity of symptoms,increase the effect of chemotherapy,prolong the survival time and improve the compliance of patients with chemotherapy.
