Analysis of CGN patients physical features and the transformation of the medicine of traditional Chinese medicine will help to clear the constitution susceptibility of chronic nephritis, and has a certain significance to the clinical therapeutic administration.ObjectiveThe study analysis 60 cases of CGN patients’physical characteristic, and research their age, BMI and the relevance of constitution, and the comparison with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) 3 months after the change of the constitution. To provide a reference for chronic nephritis treatment from the aspects of physical susceptibility MethordCollected in October 2014 to March 2015 in the Beijing university of Chinese medicine dongzhimen hospital and the Beijing military region general hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital diagnosed with chronic nephritis patients. Investigate the distribution of CRF table and constitution score. After 3 months, again use the same method to investigate. Collected 60 cases, and organize the general information, physical data and clinical data. After data aggregation, using SPSS22.0 packages were analyzed, and the statistical methods include descriptive analysis, chi-square test and rank and inspection, etc.ResultIn 60 cases of chronic nephritis patients in this study,15 cases of men,45 cases of women. The results found that:①In 60 patients, a total of 8 patients are peaceful, the remaining 52 patients were biased constitution, biased constitution accounted for 86.67% of the total.② Therapy for chronic nephritis patients of different ages ago physical distribution difference was statistically significant, shows that the distribution of constitution is different at different ages.
