ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the damp and hot accumulate knot type acne patients of Chinese medical syndrome, summarizes the damp and hot accumulate knot type acne acupuncture treatment, and the results of acupuncture combined with stab winding per cutem therapy, correlation analysis to damp and hot accumulate knot type provides the reference for the treatment of acne, and lay a foundation for further acupuncture.Method60 patients with damp and hot accumulate knot type acne were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group was treated with body acupuncture thorn collaterals per cutem method, the control group treated with topical vitamin A acid cream. Adopt the method of randomized controlled experiment, after four weeks of treatment, and then observe the acupuncture group and control group in patients with acne healing of local lesion and clinical symptoms of recovery.ResultsWith integral, clinical manifestations, total effective rate in treatment group were superior to control group, the difference has statistical significance.
