Abstract:This paper is based on the viewpoint of the medical reforms in China, combines with the historical development of medical insurance mechanism, and uses the credence good theory to analyze the game between the doctors and the patients in the medical markets. Furthermore, the paper tries to analyze the problem of the high cost and the difficulty of getting medical treatment which is based on the method of observation, analysis and solution, and consider the variables of various kinds of possibilities to find the isolated equilibrium solution. We also refer to the advanced experience in western countries and finally we try to find the principle of overtreatment and high cost of medical treatment, and explore the settlement mechanism to reduce the medical expenses and the difficulties of getting medical treatment.
