Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Information Management In Medical Equipment

With continuous increase of medical devices, there is growing demand on delicacy management of medical devices and further improvement of healthcare informatization in hospitals, which is of great significance for medical device informatization management. However, the medical device informatization management in China has certain challenges with regard to the management regime, management procedures and management scope, which hinders realization of medical device informatization management.With basic understanding of medical device informatization management in China and abroad, the paper put forward corresponding policies and measures to promote medical device informatization management. China should further expand medical device informatization management beyond medical institutions in local areas with the purpose of understanding the current status of medical device application and helping medical institutions to improve medical device utilization and economic benefit.Based on literature review, questionnaire survey, expert consultation, field research, logic framework, comparative analysis and other methods, the paper analyzed the current status of medical device informatization management in China, and summarized experiences from US, EU, Japan and other developed countries to put forward policies and suggestions to promote medical device informatization management in China with reference to advanced experiences in developed counties and expert opinions.Currently, the medical device informatization management in China is faced with challenges with regard to management regime, policy standards, informatization development, scope of informatization management and talent training.Following suggestions are proposed with combination of foreign experiences and expert opinions:improving the informatization management regime, expanding informatization construction, identifying the scope of informatization management, increasing technical management indicators, unifying informatization construction standards, making full use of informatization technologies to promote medical device informatization management; attaching importance to talent training; establishing appropriate training mechanisms and academic education mechanisms.
