In recent years, with the rapid development of China ’s economy, improvedliving standards of farmers, but also in order to breed a lot of other problems,including widespread concern is "difficult and expensive" problems faced by themajority of workers."Difficult and expensive", meaning that the rapid growth rateof health care costs have reached the upper limit of endurance of workers, but lowMedicare payments, security system and so imperfect, resulting in individualsexposed to the increasing difficulty increases. This problem the government istrying hard to solve this problem, but the lack of effective policy tools and solutions,it is in this background condition, Yunnan Union started in2004to protect workerhealth mutual aid policies to reduce workers part at their own expense, so thatworkers can truly ill health, the sick can be healed. But in the past few years, theimplementation of Yunnan Medical Mutual of workers can be seen, Yunnanemployee medical assistance activities of any course, there are many shortcomingsto be solved.Based on the Yunnan ninth employee medical assistance activities and theimplementation of the questionnaire participants, systematic evaluation of the effectof Yunnan ninth employee medical assistance activities.
