Fertility quality of the soil was recognized as an important component of agricultural sustainable development. There was a very important relation between fertility quality of the soil and soil parent materials, topographical environment, landscape position. This article regarded areas of hills in the middle part of the Sichuan Basin as studied area; Soil sampling accorded to three soil parent materials namely J3s, J1-2z and J2s. which choused typical slopes to carry on. And the landscape that is being researched was divided into six parts, peak slope, middle slope, foot slope, the top of the gully, the middle part of the gully, intersection of the gully Selecting soil sampling in each slope location (slope direction was same), Accumulating the plough layer (A layer )and illuvial layer (B layer )of soil to take a sample respectively. By the analysis of physicochemical properties of soil, used analysis of variance and correlation analysis to analyze, the results of study as follows.(l)In soil physical property, soil bulk density was J3s> J1-2z> J2s in different soil parent materials; Soil structure of J2s was better than J3s and J1-2z. In different topographical position, from peak slope to foot slope, soil bulk density was reduced gradually, and the soil structure showed a tendency to best gradually; soil texture of the crossing department of the gully was more clay than that of other position.(2)Soil from different soil parent materials, organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, rapidly available potassium was the highest in J2s. J1-2Z took second place, J3s was the lowest. The content of total phosphorus was J1-2z> J2s > J3s; the content of total potassium was J3s > J1-2z> J2s. The result of analysis of variance showed the content of pH was greatly different in the three kinds of soil parent materials; Organic matter, total nitrogen and rapidly available phosphorus had difference of significance among three different soil parent materials. In different topographical position, fertility quality of the soil fertility quality of the soil was the intersection of the gully > the middle part of the gully > the top of the gully > foot slope >middle slope >peak slope. In each topographical position, the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were relatively low, the content of total potassium was relatively high. As to the nutrient, the alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen and rapidly available potassium were in medium partially and low-levelly, rapidly available phosphorus was very scarce; the alkali-hydrolysable...
