| Both laboratory and field experiment were carried out to research the effects of different environments for capsaicinoids in different Capsicum annuum L. was studied.1. Different environments for capsaicinoids in different Capsicum annuum L. was studied Double haploid lines, an F1 hybrid, and an open-pollinated cultivar estimated the genotype, environment, and genotype-by-environment interaction effect on the total capsaicinoids, on individual capsaicinoids and on heat. Significant differences were observed among the genotypes and among genotype-by-environment interactions over the environments.2. Different the treatment used N,P, K for capsaicinoids in different Capsicum annuum L. was studied. By means orthogonalty combination design,a four-factor(pepper,N,P,K) soil cultivation experiment was conducted using hot pepper. The experiment were carried out to research the effects of, three different genotype Capsicum annuum L.(N0.19 Xiangyan, Hongxiu2003, Red savina Habanero pepper), three nitrogen fertilizer levels, three phosphate fertilizer levels and three potassium fertilizer levels on capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and yield of hot pepper fruits during maturation. The results indicated that the capsaicinoids of hot pepper would increase with high capsaicinoids Capsicum annuum L., medium nitrogen fertilizer levels, fit phosphate fertilizer levels and potassium fertilizer levels, the orders genotype> N>P>K.3.The effects of the different hot levels pepper , different autumn and cutting-or-not under different temperature and breathe intensity on capsaicin and the time of dry was studied. The results indicated that the capsaicinoids of hot pepper would increase with high capsaicinoids Capsicum annuum L. and hot pepper fruits during red maturation, but the time of dry would not change. The capsaicinoids of hot pepper would decrease with the pepper cut before dry, raise temperature and breathe intensity, but the time of dry would decrease. |
