The trace element is the foundation nourishment in food chain for life and plant growth. It is correlative with Pr, amylose, grease, nucleic acid and vitamin. It will regulate many kinds of metabolisms. Consequently, it is important for keeping balance of microelements in ecosysytem, and it is important for improving human nutrition. But they are not inherent, and always come from other things. It will make for absence or excessive easily. So, it is very important to improve mineral nutrients and vitamin for people by fertilization or other agricultural measures, and enhance the microelement supply. We studied how the microelement fertilizers affected crop yield and quality. We also studied Zn transfer and reallocation in winter wheat autumn after supplying trace element fertilizer. On the base of a long-term experiment, we have the validity of microelements, and its remnant and cumulation. The main results showed as the following: (1) Study on validity of soil microelements under the condition of supplying trace element fertilizer for a long time The result showed that the content of available trace element was increased in topsoil. The content of available Cu increased by 575.13% under the condition of copper fertilizer; the content of available Zn increased by 357.75% under the condition of zinc fertilizer. In soil profile, the changes of available Cu was conformed with different treatments, the available Cu content under the topsoil was lower than that on the topsoil, and the changes of available Zn in soil profile was similar to Cu; the maximum content of Mn in soil profile was the layer of 60-80cm, the content of available Mn in other layers are distinctly lower than that in 80cm soil layer, eluviation and accumulation of available Mn maybe exist in the soil layers. (2) Effect of spraying trace element fertilizer on microelement absorbency of little rape The result showed that absorptivity was improved as B,Zn,Fe,Mn and Ca fertilizer was applied respectively under reasonable concentration, both trace elements content and the amount that can be taken away increased. The treatment of Zn, B and Mn fertilizer were the most remarkable. The Zn content and its amount of being taken away every one rape had been increased by 419.02% and 512.51% after spraying Zn fertilizer. When we sprayed B fertilizer on little rape, the content and amount of taking away of B also had been enhanced by 232.91% and 342.94%. Similarly, the Mn content and its taking away amount had been improved by 74.14% and 119.49%. But when we sprayed Fe or Ca fertilizer, it changed a little. (3) Study on the effect of trace element fertilizer on onion quality The result showed that Vc content of onion increased, especially after applying Mo fertilizer. And the soluble sugar had also been changed, its soluble sugar increased when Fe fertilizer degree had been enhanced, but when we applied Zn or Mn fertilizer, the content of soluble sugar decreased evidently. At the same time, its microelements content changed obviously, Zn, Mn, Fe contents had been increased, but the content of Cu reduced in a large degree. In addition, Ca and Mg contents also increased and the adsorption rate of P and K had been enhanced because of microelement fertilization that will be benefit for its anti-characters and qualities. (4) Effect of trace element fertilizer on the peach quality The result showed that Vc, soluble sugar, titration acidity had changed obviously. When we sprayed 0.6%FeSO4, Vc content and soluble sugar content increased by 28.35% and 40.61% respectively. When the Ca(NO3)2 fertilizer was applied, Vc content had decreased, soluble sugar content increased by 21.91-55.28%. In addition, the content of mineral nutrition was enhanced. Zn content in the fruit increased distinctly when the ZnSO4, Ca(NO3)2 and FeSO4 were sprayed, especially after applying ZnSO4. There was a positive correlation between Mn content and ZnSO4, Ca(NO3)2 degrees. Fe content increased after applying FeSO4, and there was a negative effect on Fe content when Zn fertilizer being applied. Ca content also increased because of reasonable microelement fertilizations strength. Finally, it is also showed that the microelement fertilizers were benefit for adsorption of P or K, peach P content increased by 8.38%-30.44%, and also the K content increased. (5) Study on effect of trace element fertilizer on apple quality The result showed that Vc content of apple had been increased, as well as sugar/acid, and the nutrition and the taste get better. Ca, Mn, Zn and Fe concentration will be increased after applying trace element fertilizer. Firstly, Ca content of no bag apples increased by 53% (about 40.2mg/kg) and 31% (about 23.7 mg/kg) respectively, after spraying Ca fertilizer and Zn fertilizer. The apple's Mn content increased obviously, especially after applied Zn fertilizer. There was an obvious difference among Zn content in different treatments after spraying trace element fertilizer, and same as Fe content. Apples with bags had higher ratio of sugar/acid, and its microelements content kept on a high lever when we sprayed trace element fertilizer.(6) Study on trace element fertilizer on strawberry quality The result showed that the strawberry quality improved as Ca,Zn and Fe fertilizer was applied respectively in a reasonable concentration, and the nutrition elements content increased. Treatment of Ca increased its yield in a biggest degree, the second is Zn treatment, and the last one is Fe treatment. Spraying Ca,Zn and Fe fertilizer altered soluble solid content, soluble sugar, titration acidity, sugar-acid ratio and Vc, and also increased the content of Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg in different degree. It also showed that 1.0% Ca(NO)3 and 0.1% ZnSO4 were the best microelements fertilizer concentration for spray, and the FeSO4 concentration should be less than 0.6%. (7) Study on Zn reallocation in winter wheat applying trace element fertilizers The result showed that the Zn content in root, stem or leaf had been decreased obviously, and the grain Zn content had been increased in a large degree, especially Zn fertilizer application. It will be benefit for Zn sediment in grain. The Zn of vagina or of gulme also had been changed. The most important thing was that the amount of Zn that can be taken away had been increased remarkably after Zn fertilizer had been applied, mostly, it centralized on the spike. Mn fertilizer was also in favor of enhancing the amount of Zn that can be taken away. And all the microelement fertilizers we used, such as Zn, Fe, B, Mn, Ca, will be benefit for Zn transfer from root, stem or leef to grain, as well as the Zn cumulation in grain, but Ca fertilizer may be lead yield decrease.
