Application Of Anti-canine-parvovirus Monoclone Antibody In The Treatment Of CPV Infection

343 dogs suffering from canine parvovirus infection were treated with canine parvovirus monoclonal antibody(CPVMcAb),conjugated with mainline canine immunoglobin and mainline canine albumin, via musculus vastus medialis injection and got the follow well achievement :1.279 dogs were recovered .the cure rate was 81.34%,which is very significant compared with other treatment.2.Among the 343 dogs ,the less 6 months old dogs suggested the disease mainly infect the less 6 months old dogs was 90.60%.3.It was showed that the one day sick dogs might recovery within two day by only using CPVMcAb ,mainline canine immunoglobin and albumin; two day sick dogs ,using these drugs and considered the method of curing the symptom, was cured 243 dogs ,died 44 dogs ,the cure rate of day sick dogs was only 54.84%,while that of four to five day sick dogs reached to 76.00%.In addition,94.62% sick dogs can recovery within four day after using drug, which suggested the treatment can shorten the course of disease.4.The dogs died in one day after treatment can find that systemic prostrate, intestinal extensive, necrosis and serve dehydration. The mainly cause of the dogs died after three day was CPVMcAb counteract the toxin in the body,however the pathological change of parenchymal organ can not be recoveried.5.Compared with the other drugs mainly antivirus drugs, canine parvovinus antiserum, and only monoclonal antibody, the compositive treatment improved cure rate obviously.6.Musculus vastus medialis was near to the inguinal lymphnode ,injection at there can make the McAb arrive at lymph tissue quidkly,and counteract the toxin of lymph tissue and blood cycle, the n prevent it from extending, at the same time, the counteracted CPV and McAb became the antigen-antibody compound ,which can promote the body,s active immunity, then played the role of cure sick dogs.7.Though McAb has already been used in the treatment of some tumor, self-immune diseases and transplantation resistant, the application of antivirus McAb in the treatment was still in resezrch. ...
