Daidzein is a kind of isoflavonic phytoestrogen. It has the same weak activity as male animal estogenic and can increased the number of cytosol estradiol receptor in mammary gland, pituitary gland and hypothalamus which effect the mechanism of neuroendocrine regulation in the growth of animals. Cysteamine has varities biological function because it has activity hydrosulfuryl and animo, it has become a very important biological activity material in vivo and indicate its physiological effect. Daidzein and cysteamine are novel feed daaitives up to date, the studys showed in the past: they can improve the performance effect, fertility and immunization in animal, but there is no reportage about the effect of daidzein and cysteamine on metabolism of fat.The results show that daidzein and cysteamine can change the level of GH and IGF-1 and insulin and glucongen and so on htose hormonic have relatio with metabolism of fat. Insulin can improve systhesis of fatty acid by reducing the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and fatty acid systhetase and ATP-citratelyase. Glucongen can inhibition the systhesis of fatty acid by decreasing the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and improving the activity of alumen kinase A which can make acetyl-CoA carboxylase phospatation. In addition ,glucongen can inhibite triglyceride synthesis and reduce the releasion of fat from liver to blood. Adrenalin and somatotropic hormone also decrease the fatty acid systhesis by inhibiting the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase. From above we can imagine that daidzein and cysteamine must have effection on metabolism of fat ,but thoseare thought in thory, the process of poultry fatty acid is very complicated. In this experiment, the effect of respectively and coefficient feeding daidzein and cysteamine on the activity enzyme of adipose anabolism and adipose catabolism and the relative hormonic concentration with lipmetabolism have been studied, according this result preliminary discuss the impossible mechanism. The result were as follow:1 .Dazein and cysteamine both can improve the growth and weight of goose ,the effect of live weight gain is the most obvious in the six week; And the same the time ,they also can outstanding decrease the rate of abdominal fat and change feed conversion rate.2.The respectively application of daidzein and cysteamine can inhibit the velocity of fatty acid synthetic which lead to the inhibition of adipose anabolism by decreasing the total activitiies of malic dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and they can improve the total activities of hormone sensitive lipase which lead to accelerating adiposecatabolism, this will inhibit fat deposition in goose. When daidzein and cysteamine combined action, the effect of the total activies enzyme in the course adipose anabolism is not outstanding but can outstanding the total activies enzyme in the course adipose catabolism and lead to decreasing fat deposition in end.3.Daidzein and cysteamine can decreasing the adipose anabolism and increasing adipose catabolism which lead to decreasing fat deposition in end by lowering very low density lipoprotein levels and increasing glucagen and Leptin concentration and keeping the concentration of insulin has a little increasion in serum.4.The effect of daidzein and cysteamine on the concentration of insulin in serum is indistinctive in a week, but they can significantly changing the concentration of glucagen and insulin and Leptin in serum within a week. After feeding daidzein and cysteamine ,the total content of insulin and glucagen and Leptin higher than contrast group in great degree (p<0.01),the content of insulin separately advance 5% and 6.3%, the content of glucagen separately advance 13.3% and 18.8%, the content of Leptin separately advance 4.85% and 18.8%.In the group of supplement with daidzein, the concentrations of glucagen and Leptin is increasing little by little after feeding daidzein the first day and keeping changeless till the third day and later. But in the group of supplement with...
