| The effects of cysteamine (CT2000) and methionine(Met) and lysine(Lys) on the rumen digestion and metabolism in different diets were studied in this experiment. Two series are included:Serial I Five male goats with permanent rumen fistulae and duodenal fistulae were used to research the effects of infusion CT2000 through rumen fistulae and Met.+Lys. through duodenal fistulae on digestion metabolism and some of blood hormones.The experiment was divided into four periods,following:Control(I),Met.+Lys.(II),CT2000(III) and Met+Lys+CT2000 (IV) .Each period lasted fourteen days.The results are as follows : Compared with control, the rumen MCP concentration of II,III,IV was increased by 16.8%(P=0.115) ,31 4% (P-0.065) and 19.1% (P=0.088) respectively.Total volatile fatty acids(TVFA) of rumen fluid was increaced by 71.1%,49.1% and 42.7% (P (0.01 Respectively,while P% and B% were unchanged.A% was increased by 3.3%, A/P increased by 13.9%( P<0.05) in IV while unchanged in II and III. There was no difference of NH3-N among four periods . The duodenal MCP concentration of II was increased by 17.9%(P=0.077), III,IV was increased by 26.1 % and 36.9%( P<0.05),but N-NH3 was decreased by 18.6% and 21.6%( P<0.05) in II and IV .Compared with I, plasma protein concentration was increased by 11.9%( P<0.05),16.2% (P=0.057) and 16.8%( P<0.05) in II,III and IV respectively.Plasma Urine-N concentration were decreased by 15.0%(P=0.071) ,17.3%( PO.05) and 27.6% (P <0.01).there was a decrease trend of Urine-N in IV compared with II and III. decreased 14.7%(P=0.06),12.4%(P=0.086)respectively.T3,T4 and insulin were significantly increased( P<0.05).Results show that infusion of CT2000 and Met and Lys can ameliorate rumen digestion metabolism performance,improve amino metabolism and increase T3,T4 and insulin level.Serial II Tweleve male goats with permanent rumen and duodenal fistulae were used to study the effects of addition CT2000 to diet and infusion Met.+Lys.through duodenal on digestion metabolism and some of blood hormones.The goats were divided into two groups:Control and experiment.six goats for each.the experiment were then divided intotwo treatments: CT2000 treatment and Met+Lys+CT2000 treatment.each period lasted fourteen days.The result are as follows : In CT2000 treatment , the rumen MCP concentration was increased by 10.2% (P=0.11) .there was no difference for TVFA, A%,B% between experiment and control. P% increased by10.7%, A+B/P decreased by 13.1%( P<0.05).N-NH3 concentration decreased by 14.7%( P<0.05); the duodenal MCP concentration increased by 16.9% (P=0.06) while N-NH3 was droped 10.4%( P<0.05),at the same time,duodenal.flow rate increased by 27.6% (P=0.090) .Serum protein concentration,T3 and T4 level were markedly increased while urine-N decreased 15.5%( P<0.05).Serum insulin level increased 92.6% (P=0.061) .In CT2000+Met.+Lys treatment, the rumen MCP concentration was increased by 23.1%( P<0.05), there was no difference for TVFA, A%, B% between exprement and control group.P% increased 12.9%, A+B/P decreased 16.3%, N-NH3 concentration decreased 23% (P (0.01 ). the duodenal MCP concentration increased by 36.8%( P<0.05) while N-NH3 was droped 16.0%( P<0.05). at the same time,duodenal.flow rate increased by 20.9% (P=0.075) .Serum protein concentration,T3, T4 and insulin level were markedly increased while urine-N decreased by 26.6% (P<0.01) .Compared with CT2000 treatment, in CT2000+Met.+Lys treatment ,MCP was unchangged. serum protein and P% concentration intened to increase while N-NH3 intend to decrease (P=0.09), serum urine-N and A+B/Pdecrease by12.8% and 8.9%( PO.05) respectively.These results show that the addition of CT2000 to the diet or infusion Met+Lys at the same time can improve the rumen performance of digestion and metabolism,affect rumen fermentation type,increase serum insulin,T3,T4 level, enhance nitrogen metaboism.there is an improvement effect of Met.+Lys on CT2000. |
