Second, analyzes the improper practices in the restoration of cultural relic buildings. Third, establishes a viable assessment method to assess the preservation of authenticity after restoration, expects that it can be used in supervision and evaluation; Fourth,discusses viable ways for the restoration of cultural relic buildings in Guangzhou ,to maximize the preservation of authenticity.This thesis takes Guangzhou as researching range, investigates and studies Chinese and Western cultural relic buildings in Guangzhou, analyzes the improper procedure by the authoritative theory ,and researches the feasible method of constructs in the restoration. The thesis Selects some cultural relic buildings after renovation as evaluation objects , uses assessment to assess authenticity degree of constructive preservation, as well as to research the specific methods of construction in the restoration that can preserve authenticity by integrating Guangzhou Characteristics, and to table proposal in the end. The thesis mainly consists three parts.
