Study On The Safety Management And Eveluation In Construction

With the rapid development of national economy and urban construction of China, China's construction industry has been rapid developing, and remarkable achievements have been made. At the same time, a large number security incidents have happened,which made great losses to the people's lives and state property, also made a serious impact on the tranquilization and harmonious development.In view of existing situation,the construction safety management and its evaluation have been studied from the aspects of construction safety system management, construction site standardization management and construction safety culture in this thesis.The main research contents and innovation of this thesis are summarized as below:(1) The basic principles and contents of the construction safety system management have been discussed in this thesis,from the aspects of the safety institution guarantee system,the safety organization guarantee system,the safety technology guarantee system and safety investment.(2) The meanings of construction site standardization management have been discussed. From the aspects of the safety technology standardization management, machine and equipment standardization management, temporary electricity standardization management, safety protection standardization management and the standardization management of civilized construction.(3) The safety culture and construction safety culture have been amplified, and based on it,the principle, element and system of building construction safety culture have been introduced.(4) The principle of building construction safety management evaluation index system has been introduced. The construction safety management evaluation index system has been established.The integrative evaluation model of construction safety management has been constructed, which was based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
