The first, with the disaster residents as objects of study, the long-term monitor and the massive questionnaire survey and the statistical regression analysis with the data and the questionnaires,the paper has obtained the indoor and outdoor thermal environment characteristics in each time section of Dongping country, Xiaoyudong town, Pengzhou city: the outdoor temperature of this area is lower throughout the year than other majority hot-summer and cold-winter zones, the outdoor humidity is extremely high, the illumination are few, the outdoor wind speed is small, the calm frequency is large, the leading wind direction is ENE, and it obtains the key time of improving the local indoor thermal environment is in winter.The second, the paper also obtained the indoor acceptable temperature ranges under 80% satisfaction rate in the appraisal model of PMV:the lowest indoor acceptable temperature in winter is 15.72℃, the indoor acceptable temperature range in summer is between 23.11℃and 27.30℃, and that of whole year is between 18.5℃and 29.23℃; In addition, the paper obtains the indoor acceptable temperature ranges under 80% satisfaction rate in the appraisal model of TSV are:the lowest indoor acceptable temperature in winter is 8.6℃, the indoor acceptable temperature range in summer is between 16℃and 23.9℃, and that of whole year is between 8.7℃and 23.63℃. It can be obtained that the indoor acceptable temperature ranges in the appraisal model of TSV displace downward much compared to that of in the appraisal model of PMV. Besides, the paper obtained that the indoor thermal neutral temperature in the appraisal model of PMV are 19.71℃in winter and 25.21℃in summer; And that of in the appraisal model of TSV are 17.31℃in winter and 19.93℃in summer. Through the regression analysis with each month's thermal neutrality temperature to each month's outdoor average temperature, it can be obtained that the thermal comfort compatibility model in the local climatic condition is Tn= 0.22009to+14.83899, this result is close to that of Humphrey.The third,because of the results are remarkable different in the appraisal model of PMV and TSV, this paper revised the values of PMV with the expectation factor(0.7) that is suitable to China suggested by Professor Fanger,and find it could not revise the values of PMV well in this area. According to mathematics principle the paper proposes the PMV linearity revision model, and through confirmations, this model has good revision effect to the PMV value.The forth,this paper simulates the indoor temperature throughout year with DeST, and finds with the simple heat preservation design, the time ratio that the annual indoor average temperature is in the indoor acceptable temperature range achieves approximately 87%, and the time ratio that the annual indoor average temperature is between 16℃to 24℃which is relatively comfortable achieves 54%. And the improving effect is especially obvious in winter, the time ratio that indoor average temperature is lower than 8.6℃(the lowest indoor acceptable temperature in winter)is minimum, and is neglect. Therefore, improving the local residents'indoor thermal environment with simple heat preservation design in local zone is effective and feasible.Finally, the test of indoor and outdoor thermal environment to reconstructs has confirmed the theory simulation result, and the paper carries on the confirmation once more to the PMV revision model, the result explains the feasibility and reliability of this resivion method proposed by this paper.
