On the basis of the virtual instrument developed to enable measurement of the accuracy, sensitivity, reliability, and degree of automation has been a qualitative leap, the virtual instrument in the flow measurement has been also widely used. China is a relative shortage of per capita resources of the country, with the economic development of the utilization efficiency of resources increasingly high demand for building a harmonious society can not be an accurate measurement of flow, the resulting flow test device for testing the quality of and a higher degree of automation requirements.China's existing static volumetric method and the dynamic test device test device volume and reliability of the degree of automation is not high, and the volume of traffic susceptible to external environmental impacts, as objective and accurate mass flow. I reviewed the relevant references at home and abroad on the basis of standard flow calibration device for calibration of the principle of a detailed analysis and research, the LabVIEW development platform based on the dynamic flow testing system Quality Law.Technological innovation of this system have three main points. First, as the flow test device, the accuracy is a most critical performance indicators. In this paper, the dynamic quality of the existing law to improve the flow of the standard device for testing the accuracy of the impact of various factors analysis; Secondly, the design of PCI8606 data acquisition card based on the hardware and IPC link circuit in order to achieve the flowmeter test process automation; Third, building a software platform based on LabVIEW Real-Time Controller certification process and test results of real-time processor.
