The Research On Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Upgrading High-speed Road

There is still a big gap between China and the United States,Japan and other developed countries of highway mileage of the domestic road network.So,it is significance to construct highway,but,we can see that land,cement and other non-renewable resources have been decreasing .To rely on completely new form can not meet the requirements of society. The original high level of road upgrading construction, because of its less land, fewer resources are available, the old road can be directly used, the advantages of the short construction period, has become an important form to enhance the level of the hierarchy of China's road network. In this paper, an environmental impact evaluation of the high-speed upgrading of roads is study.The different effects of the environment between new road and the transformation of the road is compared, the content of the traditional environmental impact assessment is analyzed. It is pointed out that the time of the establishment is a long time, is study for the new road and not into the sustainable development and the idea of two types of community features.
