RCM On Substation Equipment Of Nuclear Power Station Research And Application

Maintenance optimization in modern industry,especially in the maintenance and the operation of nuclear power plant,has been playing an important role,and used to improve equipment reliability,reduce maintenance and operation costs. Therefore,optimization of maintenance over the years has been the most active research field.Among the many methods of maintenance optimization, reliability-centered maintenance(RCM) is the most widely used for foreign maintenance optimization.This dissertation introduced the development history of RCM,used the RCM theory to the maintenance optimization of nuclear power plant,summarized some research findings on the application of RCM in the nuclear power,solved the problems of low reliability and more maintenance costs.And then,combined with the long-life cycle characteristics of nuclear power plant substation equipment,This paper focused on analysis of RCM for substation equipment,put forward the idea of non-periodic maintenance in order to enhance the reliability of substation equipment.
