Analysis And Optimization Of Large Reflector Antenna

Based on large number of domestic and foreign literature, this thesis studies the structure design and electromagnetic analysis of ground and satellite reflector antennas.Firstly, reflector antenna model and back frame of antenna are accurately established with Ansys software. The antenna deformation is analyzed when the antenna is in various loads. And simulate antenna distortion model is devised in the condition of putting normal vector displacement on the position of bolt, and the effect of structural deformation on antenna electric performance is calculated by using the electromagnetic analysis software FEKO; Then, simulate a 3.7m Cassegrain antenna deformation and test of antenna electric performance are finished after placing a gasket in the direction of actual antenna bolt, and calculating result is close to the test result.Secondly, for a new type of satellite deployable antenna joint that have the biggest impact on the quality of the antenna is designed and optimized. Then design space,target function and constraints of optimization question is established. Single-stage external mesh transmission gears are analyzed and discussed in the condition of minimum gear volume, and the selection of the design variables,constraints and etc is also discussed deeply. Finally, choose the optimized design method and program the genetic algorithm procedure by combing with Matlab, then the programmed used in the resourceful object greatly reduced the antenna size and mass. At last the satisfying results were got.In this paper, on the ground reflector antenna structure deformation on the electrical properties of the impact analysis, for the reflector antenna structural design provides a reference; of satellite deployable antenna nodes to optimize the design, for the actual reference model provides the basis for manufacturing.
