Study On The Design And Application For Safety Control System In Metro Construction Project

Nowadays have being come the high speed era of metro constructions in China cities. The purposes of studying and designing the safety control system in metro construction project are to promote the information quality of the safety management in metro construction; to enhance the capability of controlling the safety and risk in the metro construction; as well as to prevent and diminish the accident during metro construction project, so that casualty and loss of fortune will be decreased in maximum, and construction will be accomplished in time for sure.The study were analyzed the pressure of the safety management, as well as the disadvantages of the traditional safety management modes and methods in metro construction; and summarized the problem of the safety management in metro construction. Under the theory of safety system engineering and other theories, the study suggested that the definition, the technology system, the total- model and the integrated model of the safety digital control in metro construction project; focused on designing and building the system structure, the repository and the integrated supervision platform of the system by the theory of repository and CIC and other information technology, as well as designed the mechanism of construction supervision alarming and risk early warning. In the end, it introduces the application of the function through the safety supervision & management in Shenyang metro construction.The study involves many majors, such as the safety system engineering, civil engineering, management science & engineering, information science and so on. It revealed the theoretic method, the key technology, and the specific way, which are solve the problem efficiently during facing with the safety management in metro construction. It also develops the key technology of digital supervision of the construction projects in cities, which prompt the implementation of the digital city and do a great deal for maintaining of daily life and economic in the cities in practice.
