In recent years,with the speeding up of the construction of subway in china,ill security risk management and single warning method are increasingly apparent,in addition to the uncertainty of safety risk factors in the construction process of the subway.As a result of the subway construction safety accidents have occurred.Through the safety risk analysis and early warning management of subway construction process,it will effectively reduce the frequency of accidents,reduce personnel and property losses.Thereby it is of great significance to study the safety risk early warning of the subway construction process.The paper is based on the present national and industry standards,procedures and safety risk prevention and control technical specifications.In the subway construction it analyses the problem of security risk identification and early warning of subway construction.First,as for the human factor,machine factor,environment factor,management factor,it analyses the construction process safety risk factors.It gains the early warning index system of the safety risk of the subway construction process,including the behavior of human factors,construction technology and equipment factors,construction environmental factors and safety management factors.Then according to the actual construction site,combines with the construction of the subway construction related technical specifications and safety risk management and control technology requirements,refers to the existing research literature,that has a access to early warning index system of qualitative and quantitative indicators.Third,the Delphy method is quantified the qualitative early warning indicators.It should be combined with the survey data of 12 subway engineering construction projects.30 quantitative indicators reduce to 7 indicators of the early warning indicators,that it is based on the factor analysis method.Finally,7 indicators are regarded as the input of neural network.And it will build a BP Adaboost network warning model.Then it will be used to a Safety risk early warning for subway construction.The BP_Adaboost neural network model is verified and analyzed.Analysis results shows that,based on factor analysis and BP neural network technology in the subway construction process safety risk early warning model,optimizes the subway construction safety risk early warning technology.It provides technical support for the safety risk management and controls of the whole process of the construction of the city subway.The method has been successfully applied to the construction of Dalian Metro one Station.
