For degradation of RC beams due to various reasons, such as error of design, change of function, erosion of environment and so on, timely reinforcement should be adopted. The reinforcement technology of carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar are two new methods of structural strengthening, as a result of their numerous high performance, it has aroused the domestic and foreign construction engineering universal interest.In order to study the performance of beams,which is reinforced by carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar to resisting flexural and shear, particularly the performance of reinforced beams under quadratic loading we conducted the experimental study. The paper is also used the method which the experimental study is combined with the theoretical analysis to study the beams of resisting flexural and shear that is reinforced with carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh.The flexural and shear experiment uses 7 rectangular section beams with the same section sizes and the same ratio of steel bar, through exerts the different initial load to carry on reinforcement with the carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh,the paper is recorded the ultimate bearing capacity,deflection,crack loading, concrete strain,reinforcement strain, carbon fiber sheet strain, steel wire mesh strain and so on and observed the failure mode and the variation of crack.The test result are indicated: The flexural bearing capacity can be significantly raised after the carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh, but under quadratic loading conditions the strength value of carbon fiber sheet and stainless steel wire mesh are not decided by itself intensity, but decided by beams deformation condition. The cracks appeared a little later, the space and width became small and deflection became small to two kinds of reinforcement beams. It can be explained that two kind of reinforcement may improve beams distortion performance, and enhanced distortion ability. When we reinforced the shearing resistance beams the stainless steel wire mesh not to play the role in this experiment, the carbon fiber sheet may enhanced the bearing capacity of beams, the numerical measure of main crack have 2-3 strip when the beams broken, the corresponding crack opening small, the amount of deflection changes is small, showed that the carbon fiber sheet can reinforced beams's performance effectivly. Based on the results of experiment, an available analytical procedure derived from plane assumption and elementary theory of concretes beams for evaluating the ultimate flexural capacity of RC beams strengthened by carbon fiber sheet was put forward.And deduced the caluclation equation of crack width and deflection that considered hysteretic strain. Regarding the reinforcement of shearing resistance, this paper is introduced the caluclation method of variable angle truss model and mode.
