The strengthening technology of high strength steel wire mesh and polymer mortar is a new technology which through the use of steel wire mesh as reinforcement in vitro,using cement mortar to make steel wire reinforced concrete structure with the original form as a whole.The bond anchorage performance is the key factor to influence the strengthening effect,but the research on the debonding failure of reinforced layer interface is still rare.For debonding failure phenomena mentioned in this article,a comprehensive experimental study and theoretical analysis are carried out,which are respectively from the bond behavior of the steel strand and the mortar and the bond anchorage performance of the reinforced layer.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The bond performance of steel strand in mortar was tested.As an important factor in affecting its working behavior,it is important to research on the bond performance of steel wire mesh reinforcement and mortar.Firstly,we studied on the bond anchorage performance of high strength steel strand in polymer mortar,and discussed the relationship between the steel wire diameter,bond length and bond performance.The test results show that: the larger the diameter of the steel strand,the better the bond anchorage performance;the anchoring capacity of the steel strand increases with the increase of the bond length.(2)To the Study of bond behavior reinforced layer interface,an one-sided shear peeling test were designed which has a total of three groups of eight categories member 24 trials.We changed the interface morphology by using a U-shaped reinforcement and anchorage reinforcement way,to analyze the debonding performance of the interface under different reinforcement methods.Based on the test results,the debonding strength formulas and the interfacial treatment modes were discussed.(3)Finally,the effect of the interface strengthening method is tested and verified by the experimental of the RC beams.The test results show that: the ultimate load of the 2 groups of reinforced beams strengthened by the anchorage treatment has been greatly improved.The ultimate load is increased by 22.9% and 39.4% respectively,and the effect of the reinforcing effect of the test beam has been fully played.
