This thesis introduced the situation in China was the energy now is short, the utilization rate of energy is low, and the energy structure is unreasonable. According to these situations, the thesis further introduced the geothermal resource and the geothermal energy application present conditions. In view of question which meets in our country geothermal application, author proposed in the geothermal development process should solve three major problems: The first is the resources can realize the sustainable use, does not destroy the environment; Second, geothermal indirect heating system with the corrosion resistance; Third, the respond technology at winter climates sudden change. The latter two questions are the key points which this thesis studies.This thesis elaborated thermal energy parameter of the indirect geothermal heating system design and the thermal energy adjustability based on introduction of geothermal heating system common mode. The thesis analysed and compared the direct with the indirect geothermal heating system thermodynamics characteristic. It has expounded the indirect geothermal heating system superiority. The author elaborated geothermal heating with peaking design; the system arrangement method and the geothermal with respond peaking principle and the measure; the geothermal heating with peaking necessity and the principle, when temperature in winter suddenly decrease. It also explained the geothermal and peaking coordinate with each other, enhanced strong points and avoid weaknesses, not only allow to increase the heating area but also enhance the heating system the water supply temperature. This method correspond reduced the terminal radiation equipment investment. This thesis analyzed economic and actual movement situation through Tianjin city Jinnan agriculture science and technology area geothermal heating project plan formulation, and summarized in the geothermal indirect heating project with increase respond peaking measure. The thesis summarized that stave utilization of geothermal tail water by heat pump. This method can fully uses the geothermal resource, reduced heat energy waste and the environment pollution. Finally, the author established a reasonable system mode of geothermal heating project.
