Study On The Urbanization Model And Countermeasures Of The Ecologically Fragile Areas

Urbanization is an important part and a key link of a national or regional socio-economic modernization. It plays an important role in the social progress, the realization of industrialization, optimization of the industrial structure and the effective allocation and rational utilization of economic resources. Especially the cities in ecologically fragile areas are lagging behind in the number and size. Big cities lack the dynamic of development, and small towns are hard to expand. Then it offers countermeasures to promote urbanization development.Chapter IV and V mainly direct against the western region of Jilin, on the basis of the analysis of the first three chapters, and offer the urbanization model of the western region of Jilin. It focuses on the development of eco-industries, nurturing center cities namely the development of "growth pole", increasing the concentration effect, and promotes surrounding the economic development of backward areas. Finally, it offers the corresponding measures to the specific model, and ensures that the urbanization model is carried out smoothly.
