As s new type of track structure with lower natural frequency, floating slab tracks are widely used in our country and all over the world. And the study of the vibrational characteristic of the floating slab track could provide a theoretical reference for the homemade of the similar productions. Taking the steel-spring floating slab track of the Beijing subway 13 and subway 5 as the background of the research, the dynamic element floating slab track models are established with consulting of the correlative literature and study data. Do research from 5 aspects of vibration types, natural frequency, transfer property, dynamical response with moving loads passing though and environmental estimation to analyse the vibrational characteristics of the floating slab track, and make the elaborate explanations of dynamic property and its vibration isolation effect with its parameters change.Make modal analysis and transfer property analysis to of floating slab track by establishing 3D model in order to expatiate the vibration reduction principle of system and the influence to optimize the design by changing the system parameters.By establishing 2D dynamic element model of floating slab track in order to make the dynamic analysis of the floating slab track system's dynamic characteristics, take the track's original irregularities into considerations, and give the elaborate description of the system's parameters which its variation could influence the results.By establishing 2D dynamic element model of tunnel-soil, make the estimation of environmental influence with the application of the floating slab track in tunnels, then draw the comparisons of the theoretic result to the actual surveyed data and verified the correctness of the model.The propositional range of the system's parameters are given by the dynamic characteristics analysis of the floating slab track from different aspects, and this could provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of the design and homemade of the floating slab track.
