With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the vibration and noise produced attract people's great attention. How to effectively control the noise and vibration becomes one of hot topics. Among all mitigation measures, the floating slab track is the most effective one with wide perspective of development. On the basis of previous achievements of relevant researches, taking the steel-spring floating slab track of the Beijing subway, the dynamic element floating slab track models are established to study on the modal characteristics of the floating slab track, the vibration characteristics of the floating slab track with vehicles of different speed on it and the vibration's influence it made to the buildings with consideration on different parameters. At first, by establishing 3D models of the floating slab track, make modal and harmonic analysis in order to compare the characteristics of auto oscillation and transfer property on different parameters.By establishing 3D models of the floating slab track, under the conditions of the sixth grade of track vertical profile irregularity, make transient analysis in order to get the whole vibration characteristics of the floating slab track with vehicles passing through the floating slab track at different speeds considering the speed of vehicle and parameters of the system. At last, by establishing tunnel-soil-building 2D finite dynamic elements model, study on the rules of the vibration levels of the buildings with various of parameters to offer a reference on vibration reduction of the buildings next to the subway.
