Study On Full Automation Three-dimensional Multifunction INAS Test Rotating Table Angle Measuring System

In This paper the function of INAS test equipment was introduced firstly.Then the components of overall project was summarized,including mechanical part, Angle measuring system, control system and computer system and each part was described briefly. The working method of rotary inductosyn functioning as anglemeasuring component was put forward emphatically,that is singlephase excitation biphase output amplitude discrimination signal processing technique. The theory and the component of this method was also put forward,at the same time, confirmation of Angle measuring system technical parameter,error analysis of Angle measuring system, realization Angle measuring system directive, circuit of measuring control software, programme idea。Steadiness and reliability of INAS test equipment also were mentioned in the paper.In the meanwhile,the test method of INAS test equipment's statical indication and dynamic state indication were stated.Finally,conclusion to the concept was made,the weak of concept was pointed out and developing trend of INAS test equipment was prospected.
