Research & Development Of Ultrasonic Non Destructive Testing System

As a kind of NDT (Non Destructive Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing) is widely used in modern industry, which plays a very important role in improving the quality and the reliability of products. This paper introduced the base quality of ultrasonic, ultrasonic transducer and the testing means of the general ultrasonic before the three chapters.F rom above, a method to realize the testing of cable partiality online by ultrasound standing wave is advanced. In order to get a better effect of standing wave, the sensor is designed by sending part and receiving part. These two parts are fixed on a syntony pole at 90 degree. For every circuit unit, mainly analyzing and designing the low-noise preamplifier, rule control amplifier and linearity precision detector unit circuit and so on.This paper introduced the hardware and software design of C196 single chip computer. Hardware design include the design of the least system of C196 single chip computer, the design of keyboard and display circuit, and the design of A/D collection channels.Finally it shows the methods and the data of testing and discusses the measures of system anti-jamming.
