With its simple structure and long live, bearing sealed ring is widely used in kinds of machines. Based on the researches of bearing sealed ring, some of the factors that influencing the bearing sealed ring are analyzed in this paper, which will support the development of the bearing sealed ring. The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, based on the researches of bearing sealed ring, with the Mooney-Rivlin as the principle model of the rubber material, and taking the bearing sealed ring as the analysis subject, thinking about the material nonlinear, the geometric nonlinear and the contacted nonlinear together, a big displacement axial symmetry contacted model of dynamic bearing sealed ring is built.Secondly, the finite element model of the sealed bearing is built with the big FEM software– ANSYS. Then the distortion properties are analyzed when the sealed ring was settling in, and the influence from different dimensions is calculated. So the results suggest that it will be reasonable when excessively full assembly dimension from 0.04mm to 0.08mm and also suggest the decompressing groove radius should be from 0.2mm to 0.3mm. To this end, the settling displacement of different types of sealed rings is discussed. So it is more suitable to settle in by changing the shape and dimension of the sealed rings. Further more, it supports the sealed ring to performance better.Thirdly, with the FEM of the CFD, based on the numeric calculation theory of the sealed rings and the FLOTRAN/CFD block of ANSYS, the simulation analysis is developed to the filed and in the maze of straight and the trapezoid and sealed mazes. Some useful conclusions are given out by trying different dimension of each sealed maze, which will support the development of the sealed rings.Lastly, based on the former researchers, the calculation formulation of the leakage...
