With economics in the coastal area such as Shanghai, Tianjin developing rapidly,subway has been constructed in a large scale. The problem of inter-influence betweensubway tunnel and adjacent building becomes caught-sighting and difficult point inthe geotechnical walk.The influence includes the additional settlement caused by the effect of pushingagainst of soil and the settlement caused by additional load of the building. The paper begin the research based on the commercial project of gu-1 landmass .The completed work is as follows:(1) suggestions are proposed about the pile design plan;(2) FEM is applied to evaluate the influence to the metro tunnels caused by thepiles;(3) Risk analysis is exploited to decide the right proposal,and the right technicalmeasures are established.The computation methods ,design plan could be expanded the similar project inshanghai.
