The paper profits from the domestic and foreign advanced experiences, uses method which in the experimental road experiment observation and the room experiments unifies. systematically analysis the nature of cement, lime, Aeolian and macadam, utilize the theory of uniform design to optimize the arrangement of experiment, obtain the target of optimum moisture content, maximum dry density, unconfined compression strength, modulus of resilience and so on for cement stabilizing Aeolian and cement and lime stabilizing Aeolian through the experiments of compaction test and unconfined compression strength, using the software SPSS to carry on the regression analysis, obtains the optimum mixture ratio.Through field engineering industrial experiment and the simulation of finite element software ADINA, results indicate, road section base is in good condition, and flexure value can satisfy related demands. Artificial neural network is used in the predicting of unconfined compressive strength , obtains higher precision in predicting outcome, with definite guiding purpose for project.
